Wow what a great meeting and Saturday workshop we had last month! Our local experts gave a TON of great info on Building Wealth With Rental Properties, and the Saturday workshop went an extra two hours with the question and answer session at the end! “Worth way more than $99” is what we heard from several attendees, and that’s our goal — to give you great real estate education at a great value from local experts!

Now, this month we’re teaching you how to make FAT CASH rehabbing houses! It’s one of our most popular topics and we’re gearing up for another great Saturday workshop on the 26th, where we’ll spend half the day in the class learning estimating techniques and ways to structure offers, and the second part of the day we’ll visit a couple of vacant houses to practice your new skills! We’re expecting over 200 people at the monthly meeting and 30-50 people at the Saturday workshop, so PRE-REGISTER TODAY for both and save some money with our early bird discount! As always, we are looking for new volunteers to help keep KREIA running smoothly, and this month at our monthly meeting we’ll have an opportunity for anyone interested to learn more about how they can help from 6:00-6:15 in the “Early Meeting Room”! See you August 24th & 26th!
