Presidents Message If you take the time to look around and see what different KREIA members are doing, you’ll be amazed at how many different strategies there are for us to follow to find deals, manage tenants, wholesale and retail. The list never ends!! Dennis Erhard Some members chase deals on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), some use HUD List, some go to the commissioner’s sale, some are agent referrals, some use mailing list, some do short sales, some work from the code violations liens, and Yes, George Foree really does use the computer.
