NEVIÐ is a trusted supplier of various species of fresh and frozen seafood products. Most of our raw material originates from the waters around the Faroe Islands and Iceland, which are among the cleanest in the world. Our production plants are located in the Faroe Islands and in Iceland. In addition to our own production we also supply our customers with
a wide range of products from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The satisfaction of our customers is of supreme importance to us, - and that is why we decided to put quality first right from the start. Hand filleting is our first priority, but we also manage machine filleting. Every week we export goods to our customers on the European Continent and elsewhere.
A Quality Management System (HACCP) has been implemented in our factories. This system has been approved by the Faroese and Icelandic Hygienic Institute, which are our Inspection Authorities. The Faroese and Icelandic Food Acts have been recognized by the EU-Authorities to be equivalent to the EUlegislation.
