About Us| History of the company Kramall was founded in 1994 by Igor Aleksandrovych and Yuri Levitsky as a design and construction company. We started our activity with the implementation of "Eurorepairs" in the apartments of the old city of Kyiv. By 1998, we had designed and commissioned about 180 apartments and retail facilities. Among them were a number of exclusive stores: Vogue, Riviera, Sanahunt, Hugo Boss, Diesel.
Since 1997, the company has been actively engaged in the reconstruction of the roofs of residential buildings and their restructuring into attic floors. The buildings were located in the central part of the city along Yaroslavov Val, Kruglouniversitetskaya, Shelkovichnaya, Lutheranskaya streets. In total, about 10000 m2 of residential space was built in the central part of the capital. Since 2001, Kramall has been transformed into Kramall Studio. Architectural design has become our main focus. In 2001-2008, the volume of objects designed by us at the same time amounted to more than 4 million m².
In 2013, our company returned to performing the functions of general contracting and customer services in construction. We builted as a general contractor and general designer the business center "Domino" on the Nizhnii Val St. In 2016, our Astarta business center project became the first project in Ukraine certified according to the BREEAM International 2013 (Interim) standard. In 2019, the innovation park UNIT.City, which we designed, was LEED certified. We have extensive experience in the design and management of both residential and commercial real estate. Starting from conceptual development to author's control. Over the years, we have successfully implemented more than 40 major projects. Among them: residential complex on the Lutheranskaya St., Domino Business Center, Astarta Business Center, Senator Business Center, 11 Mirrors Design Hotel, BonApart Residential Complex, Nobel Homes Residential Complex, UNIT.City Innovation Park, Residential Complex Aria. Currently, our organization designs objects of any complexity and has a complete cycle of production of design estimates, BIM design, and also performs the functions of a customer and general contractor.

A special place is occupied by projects in the historical center of Kyiv, where we have extensive experience in creating modern complexes and individual buildings that organically fit into the existing fabric of urban development, while using the latest design and construction technologies.
