Dan Hurren established Norfolk Wealth Management in 2012 with a focus on helping clients to create a better future for themselves and their families.

Our approach today is the same as it was at the beginning. We get to know

our clients and their aims and goals before creating a bespoke financial plan

to help them to meet these objectives. We provide ongoing financial advice to our clients regularly and when required as we continue to guide and advise

them through the challenges that life brings, keeping them and their plans on track for the future.

We believe that financial advice should be made available to everyone and we advise over 1,500 clients across the UK and overseas.

We have a dedicated and highly qualified team of financial planners and

client support managers who all share in our vision to stand out for our clients, colleagues and the community we serve. We pride ourselves on the speed at which we respond to our client’s needs in a world where access to quality advice is more important than ever.

Dan Hurren

Managing Director Dan has undertaken the roles of Financial Adviser and Area Manager within a number of

large UK financial institutions since the late 1990’s. He specialises in Investment Planning, Pensions and Inheritance Tax planning and has acquired the coveted AF3 - Advanced

pensions qualification, which is the highest pension qualification awarded in the industry.

In 2012, Dan was invited to join the awardwinning St. James’s Place Wealth Management to form Norfolk Wealth Management. This has enabled him to provide a more

personalised service to clients across the country. Dan has a strong belief in client

servicing and building the right team to look after clients for the longer-term. He is very proud to lead Norfolk Wealth Management.

In his spare time, he enjoys all sports, running and spending lots of time with his wife Sarah and children Rose and Ted.

Andy Milne

Operations Manager / Chartered Financial Planner Andy is qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner and works alongside the Norfolk Wealth Management advisers supporting with high net worth clients and complex cases. Andy has a vast experience within both financial planning and management. This has been gained from 10 years working with Lloyds Banking Group’s Retail and Bancassurance

teams and since joining Norfolk Wealth Management in 2017. Andy balances his time

between supporting our adviser team and heading up our support team to ensure we are delivering a first class service at all times to all clients.

On a personal note, Andy is married and has a young daughter. When not working he loves spending time with his family, enjoying holidays, meals out, and walks along the Norfolk

coast. Andy regularly keeps active by visiting the gym and attempts to do this most days of the week.

MEET THE TEAM

Kevin Whiteley Consultant - Strategy

Kevin is a very experienced Retail Banker with over 37 years in the banking industry. During an extensive career he has held numerous senior positions with Lloyds Banking Group

that include Director positions in the East of England and Central London. In his last role

with LBG he was the Network Director for Halifax Mortgages, taking full accountability for some 650 Mortgage Advisers across the Halifax estate, a role he enjoyed for 5 years before retiring. With a wealth of experience in developing business, strategy and

customer facing models, Kevin has been working alongside NWM since 2018 consulting on all aspects of the business including finance, strategy, client centric models and structures.

Kevin is married to Lynne, they have a son Dane and a grandson Max. Kevin enjoys all aspects of life, socialising, holidays, cars and trying to improve his golf.

Dane Whiteley

Senior Wealth Adviser Dane joined NWM in 2019 following a successful career spanning 17 years with Lloyds

Banking Group and Halifax. During this time Dane gained invaluable experience across a range of senior and diverse roles including Bank Manager and Mortgage Manager with both roles having full responsibility for financial delivery and regulatory compliance.

During this time Dane also enjoyed a successful period as a Financial Adviser. Dane

brings significant experience to our NWM team with his extensive experience across senior financial roles. Alongside his passion for all aspects of Wealth inclusive of

investment, retirement and inheritance tax planning, Dane also uniquely offers a full and comprehensive Mortgage, Life protection and related insurances service. Dane prides

himself on his relationships and simply enjoys all aspects of financial planning, passing his knowledge and experience on to his clients. His holistic service enables him to deal

with all generations of families. Dane cites his love of helping people as being at the heart of why he enjoys his role, he makes certain he is always there for his clients.

Dane has lived in Norfolk all his life and has two young children, Max and Willow, with his

partner Amber. He enjoys all sport with his passion being golf now he has retired from

football. Enjoying social interaction with his friends and family is important to Dane, he likes to be active in all aspects of his life!

Andrew Horner Wealth Adviser

Andrew has worked in financial services for over 17 years, previously providing advice in several financial institutions, including Lloyds, Santander and most recently Schroders

Personal Wealth. His advice covers all areas of financial planning, with a strong focus on

Investment and Pension and Retirement Planning. As part of Norfolk Wealth Management,

Andrew is a true advocate of the importance of building long-term relationships and trust with his clients and the true benefits of regular ongoing advice.

On a personal note, Andrew is married to Louise and has two young children, Lennan and Lily-Rose. He enjoys football, running, golf, music and spending valuable time with his family.

Nathan Graham Wealth Adviser

Nathan first started working in financial services in 2007 with the Halifax, where his roles included Financial Adviser and Bancassurance Induction coach. Nathan spent 7 years

working for Halifax/Lloyds Banking Group, before taking an opportunity to live and work in Australia. Nathan spent 5 years working for Westpac Banking Corporation in Western

Australia and Victoria. Upon returning to the UK he joined Santander as a Senior Financial Planning Manager, where he worked for a further 2 years before joining Norfolk Wealth

Management. Joining Norfolk Wealth Management in the spring of 2019, Nathan's passion continues to be the client’s journey, and how putting them at the heart of what we do really can make all the difference.

Nathan is very much a family man and loves to spend any spare time with his wife Emily and his 2 children, Ella and Noah. He enjoys giving most sports a good go, but especially enjoys Tennis, Football and Volleyball. Most weekends he can be seen at Carrow Road cheering on his beloved Canaries!

Danni Lofitis

Trainee Wealth Adviser With over 8 years of experience working for a large Retail Bank, boutique Wealth

Management firm, Leading Investment Management firm and Family Office practice,

Danni has a thorough understanding of the financial services sector. This includes gaining a desire to going above and beyond for clients and their needs, and getting to know them on a personal level to help them achieve their financial goals. Danni is also a true believer of the importance of communication and doing what’s right by the client. She thrives off building client relationships and assisting clients with their finances, whatever the

requirements. Danni started her career in the Financial Services industry with Lloyds

Banking Group in 2014. She began her journey as a Customer Service Assistant, before shortly progressing to a Personal Banking Adviser, a role Danni really enjoyed as she

could build relationships with the customers and help them with their financial needs. This gave Danni an insight into the Financial Services Industry from a retail banking

perspective, enjoying the face-to-face banking advice and support to customers walking through the doors. Danni moved to Norfolk Wealth Management in February 2022 as a

Trainee Financial Adviser where she is working alongside the rest of the team, getting to

know our clients and undertaking professional qualifications, where Danni will then look to become an Adviser.

As a previous sports person, Danni in her youth played for Wales in Football at Senior level and Badminton at Junior level, however had to unfortunately give this up due to injury.

Danni now still loves to keep fit and you will most likely find her in her local CrossFit box or over in Cyprus with her fiancé.

Steve Nichols

Senior Client Support Manager Steve started his career in financial services back in 1988 working at a large Insurance

company. Over the years Steve has worked in various customer services roles refining his

skills of putting the customer first and ensuring they always receive a first class service. In 2010, Steve worked for a high street bank for 18 months. This enabled him to give face to face banking assistance directly to customers, a role which he fully enjoyed. Steve was

then offered a move to Aviva in 2012 undertaking a Customer Relationship Manager role.

This involved managing large corporate advisers with their clients day to day

requirements. Part of this role was to also assist with the set-up and implementation of Auto Enrolment workplace pension schemes. Steve moved to Norfolk Wealth

Management in September 2017. On a daily basis, Steve is giving a first class service to all of our clients and is at hand whenever assistance is required.

In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and children (Hollie and Max) and long walks with Elsa the dog. Steve enjoys the outdoor life especially running and

often participates in local running races of all distances. A lifelong Norwich City supporter who has seen many highs and lows following the Canaries.

Jonny Elliot

Client Support Manager Jonny joined Norfolk Wealth Management in 2021 after 15 years in the Banking industry.

Jonny has taken this step in his career as one of his key strengths is building positive client relationships as he did, successfully, at Lloyd’s Banking Group.

Jonny is local to Norwich and grew up in Bradwell, he supports his local team Norwich City

and loves everything football. He is a keen runner and manages a youth football team for Gorleston Rangers in his spare time and at the weekends. Jonny has two young children

who also enjoy their sport; Oscar plays for Gorleston Rangers and Amelia dances and performs locally every weekend

Laura Bonas

Client Support Manager Laura moved down from Scotland in March 2012 and started her career in financial services shortly after. Laura worked for Yorkshire Building Society for 7 years as a

Customer Consultant, working her way up to Branch Manager. Laura started with Norfolk Wealth Management in early 2020, she gives first class service to all of our clients and is at hand whenever assistance is required.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, looking at booking holidays and baking!

Shirley Hurren Administrator

Shirley has been part of the Norfolk Wealth Management team since January 2016.

Generally when contacting the office your first point of contact will be Shirley. Shirley has a

wealth of administration experience gained through working in the Great Yarmouth Oil Industry for 13 years.

First & foremost however, Shirley is Dan’s mum and is Nanny Shirley to her much loved

grandchildren Rose and Teddy. Shirley’s lifelong interest and passion is dance and after

gaining her teaching qualifications she ran her own school for 15 years in Suffolk teaching Ballet, Modern Jazz and Tap. Though retired from that life now Shirley still enjoys Pilates, Zumba, and a number of other keep fit classes during the week.

Succession Planning At Norfolk Wealth Management, we know how important family is and therefore would you like HM Revenue and Customs to be the biggest single beneficiary of your estate when you die
