The precon team has made several trips out to the project Kansas job site to begin prepping for one of the largest IMP projects we've ever taken on As things ramp up, precon will continue to share exciting updates with the rest of the team ahead of an estimated project start date of November '23.
Kovach recently attended the largest GC Expo in PHX to date! With over 1000 attendees in all, it was a great chance to get in front of the major GCs while introducing some new service areas like our Special Projects department It was also the first time we've taken the new booth out for a spin at a trade show
The Special Projects team has been killing it the past year, having recently surpassed $1,115,000 in revenue so far this year We are excited to continue to grow this team and their capabilities!
To help with the extreme temperatures, Kovach is sending out shade tents, umbrellas, shade brims for standard hard hats, face coverings, cooling rags, and electrolyte packets to the job sites. Water should be readily available at all times. If you are running low on water, please let your supervisor know We are open to other suggestions, so if you have any ideas, please reach out to Ryan Burns or Kevin Flores.
Ensure all teams are being reminded to be diligent with their emails and links within their emails Hackers are stepping up their game doing everything to steal your credentials. Any doubt, forward to Levi for verification One leaked password or bad link can result in extensive debilitating damage.

2 Dress accordingly
Lightweight, light-colored clothing, and sunglasses.
3. Rest. Find a cool area and sit down if needed. Sleep at night.

The Hangar One install team is picking up solid momentum! Its access is challenging in terms of installing on the incline and utilizing Mast Climbers This design-build project requires not just skill, but grit, our team is doing just that - meeting it head-on and getting after it. It's a testament to the dedication and perseverance of our employees, and we couldn't be prouder to be part of this project On another note, we are in full-blown prep mode for Samsung, Kansas, and continuing our support and reinforcement for our active projects. The field leadership team has noticeably stepped up! A couple of shoutouts to Brandon Niles for being recognized by McCarthy at Hangar One for superior safety and to Matt McMullen for leading the QC video library.
We are thrilled to announce that we have added new Manitou forklifts to the Kovach fleet - lifts with fully enclosed cabs that feature air conditioning and heating. Not only that, but the lifts also have air-ride seats and new single-handed computer controls These additions are sure to be a helpful asset at our job sites by providing a comfortable environment and ease of use for our operators. Additionally, by purchasing these lifts, we will experience a boost in productivity and ultimately a positive impact on our bottom line Thank you to everyone involved, especially the team who has been working on this since October to make this happen
