Insert our PerfPaper™ into ClearVision® ticket moldings or re-usable, dynamic printed plastic ShelfTalkers™ and maximize color without the expense for a professional presentation. Laser toner adheres to paper in laser printers at temperature up to 400 degrees. This paper is specifically designed with a high moisture content to avoid drying out and curling of paper after printing. Also, it is milled with a smooth surface which allows for better adhesion to the toner. These qualities are especially beneficial because of the clarity required of printed bar codes as well as the handling of tickets during installation.

Each SMS can be custom configured to your specifications and is typically available for 48" shelves. Accommodates a variety of shelf depths, from 8" to 14". TERMS AND CONDITIONS NEW ACCOUNTS We welcome new accounts and want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us. A completed and signed credit application with one bank reference and 3 supplier references is required for qualified customers requesting credit terms. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing. For first time orders we accept Visa, MasterCard or cash in advance. CREDIT TERMS Payment terms for credit-approved accounts are Net 30 Days. A late charge of 1.5% interest per month will be charged on unpaid balances more than 30 days past due. Prepayment by Visa, MasterCard or cash in advance is acceptable on all orders. In the event of failure to make payment when due, the entire account becomes immediately due and payable without notice or demand.

INVOICING All products & services are invoiced upon shipment. Multiple invoices will be processed for partial shipments. TAXES Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable sales, excise, use or like taxes levied by a valid taxing authority, including, but not limited, to federal, provincial, state and municipal authorities. Any and all taxes, current or future, that are required to be paid or collected remain the responsibility of the Customer. CUSTOM ORDERS Kostklip quotes are valid for 30 days from quotation date. A 50% deposit is required on custom orders. No returns or cancellations are accepted on custom orders. OVER RUN / UNDER RUN With custom and non-stocked products kostklip has the right to fulfill the order with a quantity above or below the ordered quantity at a level established at the time of order. SMALL ORDERS An order to a single location that is less than $100.00 excluding freight and taxes will be charged a $10.00 handling fee. Small orders must be prepaid or paid by credit card unless Net-30 credit terms have already been established. SAMPLES Samples of most products listed in the catalogue are available free of charge. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Samples are generally sent by mail unless pre-paid freight is arranged at time of request. Customers ordering large quantities are encouraged to utilize our sample program to ensure product will fit their application. SHIPPING All orders are F.C.A. our facilities. We can ship using the carrier of your choice freightcollect on your account number or freight prepaid, adding the charges to your invoice. If you do not select a carrier, we will select one for you. All express and/or special shipping arrangements must be specified at the time an order is placed. Shipping dates are approximate and are based on the prompt receipt of all necessary information. We are not liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Freight & courier companies charge the shipper additional fees for discrepancies created by incorrect account numbers, wrong ship-to addresses and other errors. If it is determined that customer error or omission was the cause of such a discrepancy, the customer will be responsible for all related charges and will be invoiced. Same-day shipping on in-stock items is available on request for phone orders placed before 4 pm Eastern/1 pm Pacific. Otherwise, our in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Kostklip is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.

DROP SHIPMENTS For orders shipped to 3 or more locations, kostklip charges a drop-ship handling fee of $5.00 per unique destination to cover additional handling and administration. Kostklip may quote a higher fee for drop shipments requiring extensive administration. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Notice of cancellation for a non-custom order must be made in writing to our Customer Service Department. Cancellations will be reviewed and the Customer may incur costs associated with the production and fulfillment of the order. RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT / ACCEPTANCE You have ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of product to inspect the product and associated services for defects or nonconformance that are not due to damage, shortage or errors in shipping. You must inform kostklip, in writing, of rejection of the product and the reason for rejection within ten (10) business days or the product and associated services will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted. RETURNS Kostklip wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you determine that our product does not meet your needs, please contact Customer Service. No returns are accepted without prior approval of kostklip. Non-custom, undamaged, unused catalogue product may be returned within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form & RMA number. These can be obtained from our Customer Service department. The RMA number must be noted on all paperwork and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. A 25% restocking charge will apply to returns. All returns must be freight prepaid by the customer. Kostklip does not accept returns on custom or non-catalogue products or products that have been damaged, used or altered by the customer. WARRANTY Kostklip’s products are warranted to be free of defect(s) in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt of goods at the Customer’s location. For installed products, installation must have been completed in accordance with kostklip’s recommended procedures and good trade practices. This warranty covers Kostklip products only when used for the application(s) for which they are manufactured and intended within Canada and the United States. LIMITED LIABILITY Kostklip’s liability shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the net sales price of the product.
