Your team is your most valuable asset Many businesspeople would agree with me, when I say that the most valuable thing in business is high quality employees, which form a reliable and functional team. Not even the most hardworking manager will succeed without a quality team of co-workers, who they can rely on at any time necessary. The key is not only to find brilliant people who execute their work perfectly and give them the maximum workload which can leave them ”jaded”. It is important to look to the future and think about their successors. You should give employees more demanding tasks than they are used to doing at the moment, motivate them to study further and to be interested in taking on more difficult tasks. You have to show that you can trust in their abilities and build a relationship based on mutual respect. This attitude always paid off for me. There is no worse manager than the one who thinks they can do all the work themselves.
