2. Zweckgemäße Verwendung Die Schiebetore der Firma KONSPORT sind für die Umzäunung von Außengeländen und Eingängen in Privatbesitz und Gewerbeobjekten bestimmt.

Die Konstruktion der Tore ermöglicht die Installation von Aktuatoren und Torautomatisierung.

3. Allgemeine Informationen Die Tore der Firma KONSPORT sind Produkte, die auf der Grundlage von Tabellen mit standardisierten Maßen hergestellt werden. Diese Montageanleitung beschreibt nur die Regeln für den Einbau von Toren, die auf Standardabmessungen basieren.

Wesentliche Produktparameter werden immer auf Bestellung spezifiziert.

Wichtig!

Das Produkt sollte von einem spezialisierten Montagebetrieb montiert werden.

Selbstmontage führt dazu, dass keine Garantie für die Montage und den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Tores besteht.

Voraussetzung für die Gewährleistung der Montage und des ordnungsgemäßen Funktionierens ist, dass die Montage durch einen Fachbetrieb durchgeführt und im Abnahmeprotokoll bestätigt wird (siehe Bedienungsanleitung). Ohne unterzeichnetes Abnahmeprotokoll Garantie bezieht sich nur auf Herstellungsfehler des Produkts.

Die Verzinkung ist ein Prozess, der die Witterungsbeständigkeit des Produkts erhöht. Zink ist keine dekorative Beschichtung. Feuerverzinkung ist kein Prozess, der die Ästhetik des Produkts erhöht.

Die Verdickung, leichte Rauheit der lackierten Oberflächen, die auf den Waren des Verkäufers auftreten können, ist das Ergebnis des Feuerverzinkungsprozesses und unterliegt keiner Beanstandung.

Es wird empfohlen, einmal im Jahr die Inspektion des Tores von einem spezialisierten Unternehmen zu beauftragen, das bei Bedarf die notwendigen Regelungen durchführt. Dies garantiert eine jahrelange einwandfreie Nutzung.

 Belasten Sie das Tor nicht mit zusätzlichen Gewichten!

Wenn der Türflügel lose abgesenkt wird, kann er die Beschichtung des Auffahrpfostens beschädigen und im Laufe der Zeit korrodieren.

Warnung

 Lassen Sie niemals das Torflügel frei! Öffnen und schließen Sie das Tor, indem Sie den Flügel bis aum Ende schieben.

Beschädigung der Bremse und Herausfallen aus dem Rollwagen durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch.

Wenn der Türflügel locker gelassen wird, kann er die Bremse beschädigen und von den Rollwagen fallen.

Warnung!

 Lassen Sie niemals das Torflügel frei! Öffnen und schließen Sie das Tor, indem Sie den Flügel bis zum Ende schieben.

Blockierung des Hakenschlosses durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch.

Ein losgelassenes Torflügel kann dazu führen, dass sich die in der Fahrschiene montierte Anfahrrolle verschiebt.

Das Verschieben der Anfahrrolle kann zu Problemen beim Öffnen oder Schließen des Hakenschlosses führen.

Warnung!

 Lassen Sie niemals das Torflügel frei! Öffnen und schließen Sie das Tor, indem Sie den Flügel bis zum Ende schieben.

2. Intended use KONSPORT self-supporting gates are designed for fencing outdoor areas and entrances to private and commercial properties.

Gate design allows to install gate operators and gate automation.

The product must be installed by a specialized installation company.

Self-installation results in the lack of warranty for installation and proper functioning of the gate.

3. General information KONSPORT gates are unique, custom made products. Therefore, this installation manual presents installation rules only and does not cover the details of the purchased gate. Important product parameters are always defined in the order.

Warranty for installation and proper functioning is granted if the installation i s performed by a specialized company and confirmed on the acceptance protocol (see manual). Without a signed acceptance protocol, the warranty applies only to product manufacturing defects.

Galvanizing is a process which increases the product’s resistance to weather conditions. Galvanizing is not a decorative coating. Hot-dip galvanizing is not a process that improves the aesthetics of the product.

Thickening, light roughness of the coated surface, which may occur on the seller’s products, is the result of the hot-dip galvanizing process and is not subject to complaint.

All drawings show installation of a gate shifted to the right, from the point of view of a person standing outside the property (according to order).

For demonstration, installation drawings show the view from the property side! It is recommended to have the gate inspected once a year by a specialized company, which will make the necessary adjustments if necessary.

This will guarantee years of trouble-free operation.
