• Remove tangles before washing with a wide tooth comb
• Wet fiber + base completely with cool, running water
• Lather a small amount of shampoo in palm of hand and apply to base + fiber (Do not scrub or soak)
• Rinse well in cool, running water
• After washing, wrap wig/topper in a towel and pat to remove excess water
• Gently detangle hair with a wide tooth comb
• Spray 3-5 pumps onto clean fiber (keep away from hand tied knots)
• Leave in – allow to air dry naturally
Do NOT blow dry any synthetic fiber
• Allow wig/topper to air dry naturally on a plastic or wire wig stand
• HD Smooth Detangler: Spray 3-5 pumps, keeping 6-8” away from hair, focusing on the bottom half of the wig. Gently comb through using a wide tooth comb

• Excessive heat can damage synthetic fiber – be cautious when standing near a heat source (open oven, heater, etc.)
• Daily use of HD Smooth Detangler is recommended to maintain healthy luster + body and remove tangles + frizz
• Use a wide tooth comb DAILY to detangle all synthetic fibers (most important for mid-length to long styles)

All sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. You must however, notify your Account Manager of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods.
• Any item that has been cut, colored, customized or altered is not eligible for return
• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your Account Manager. Customers must receive a return authorization number (RA#) or return label from their Account Manager. The RA# or label must be visible on the outside of the box, or it will be refused and returned to sender
• Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender
• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, etc.)
• Any items not included on the RA will be returned to sender
• Discontinued items are not eligible for return
• All returns that are not due to shipping error, order entry error, or deemed defective by our quality control department will be charged $8.00 flat rate shipping fee, per return label
• No returns accepted after 30 days of invoice
• There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive a credit to their credit card, depending on the issuing bank this may take up to 3 business days
• All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking/ repackaging fee
• All synthetic and HD items are subject to an $8.00 restyling fee per item if not returned in its original condition
• All human hair items are subject to a $25 restyling fee per item if not returned in its original condition
