WELCOME TO OUR SYDTRAFIK BUS

Thank you for travelling with us

Sydtrafk is part of a common pricing system, that covers journeys in Jutland and on Funen. This provides, among other things, common discount rates for rejsekort (travel pass), which means that the more you travel, the less it costs per trip.

You have the choice of three types of tickets:

› One-way ticket cash purchase on the bus or via app

› Rejsekort (travel pass) cheaper than one-way tickets

› Pendlerkort (commuter pass) the most affordable option when taking the same route frequently

One-way tickets are valid only in Sydtrafk’s busses and on Vestbanen. If you travel by train (other than Vestbanen), or by train and bus combined, you must purchase your ticket from the train operator (e.g. DSB). Rejsekort and pendlerkort are valid on busses and trains throughout the whole country.

Delayed? We provide travel guarantee

If a delayed bus causes you more than 20 minutes delay, you can apply for our travel guarantee. Sydtrafk covers expenses for a taxi, or for travelling in your own car, for up to 50 km. Visit sydtrafk.dk/ rejsegaranti for terms and conditions that apply.

Forgot something?

If you forget something on the bus, please contact Sydtrafk Callcenter at +45 7010 4410. We will help you fnd your belongings.

Cash payment in the bus

You can buy your ticket on the Sydtrafk mobile app or cash in the bus. Please note that in cash purchases the driver is only required to receive cash up to the nearest hundred kroner. The driver does not accept 500 kroner and 1000 kroner notes.
