INTRODUCTION Good Samaritan Society asked for a 70 unit senior living facility with services, including 70 underground parking spaces while remaining in the budget of $75 per square foot. The Lodge at Prairie Creek consists of two 3 story residential wings connected to a central commons. Apartment entrances are recessed and include shelves and sconces to add warmth and the opportunity for personal expression.
