We’re taken on a tour of the new home, which before renovation, had so much orange pine that Justine says it was more like a “Swiss chalet”. Now, after three months of hard-work, Justine and her team have turned the place into a luxury villa fitted with solar panels, new decking and high-tech entrance. As Justine shows us around, her team busily work around her, painting, mowing the lawn and adding the final touches. “This couple are due to fly-in next week, so it’s all on course” she says, side-stepping to double check the position of the TV. News that the couple were happy to stay in Germany throughout the renovation and leave all of the work to Justine, is testament to her clients trust in her. “With experience, you get to know what your clients want” she says, outlining the flowery “wild-card” wallpaper behind her. “I put my heart and soul into my projects. There’s no stress for my clients, they come straight off the plane and into their dream home.”

Not only is it Justine’s warm-hearted nature that has gained her a vast client network, but her on-point organisation skills too. Without much thought, she reels off ten different projects on the go, all of which have their own Whatsapp groups,

Ahora, después de tres meses de arduo trabajo, Justine y su equipo han convertido el lugar en una lujosa villa equipada con paneles solares, cubiertas nuevas y una entrada con alta tecnología. Mientras Justine nos muestra el espacio, su equipo trabaja a su alrededor, pintan, cortan el césped y agregan los toques finales. “Esta pareja tiene previsto volar la próxima semana, así que todo está en marcha”, dice ella, dando un paso al lado para verificar la posición del televisor. La noticia de que la pareja estaba feliz de quedarse en Alemania durante el proceso de reforma y dejar todo en manos Justine, es una prueba de que sus clientes confían en ella. “Con experiencia, se llega a saber lo que quieren tus clientes”, dice ella, apuntando hacia el papel tapiz floral que está detrás de ella. “Pongo mi corazón y mi alma en mis proyectos. No hay estrés para mis clientes, salen del avión y entran directamente en la casa de sus sueños “.

No solo es la naturaleza cálida de Justine lo que le ha valido una amplia red de clientes, sino también sus habilidades de organización. Sin pensarlo mucho, maneja

Jetzt, nach drei Monaten harter Arbeit, haben Justine und ihr Team das Haus in eine Luxusvilla verwandelt, die mit Sonnenkollektoren, einer neuen Veranda und einem Hightech-Eingang ausgestattet ist. Während Justine uns herumführt, arbeitet ihr Team eifrig um sie herum, streicht, mäht den Rasen und gibt ihm den letzten Schliff. „Das Paar soll nächste Woche einfliegen, also ist alles auf Kurs“, sagt sie und geht zur Seite, um die Position des Fernsehers zu überprüfen.

Die Nachricht, dass das Paar während der gesamten Renovierungsarbeiten gerne in Deutschland geblieben ist und alle Arbeiten Justine überlässt, zeugt vom Vertrauen ihrer Kunden. „Mit Erfahrung lernt man die Wünsche seiner Kunden kennen“, sagt sie und zeigt auf die blumige „Wildcard“-Tapete hinter ihr. „Ich stecke mit Leib und Seele in meinen Projekten. Für meine Kunden gibt es keinen Stress, sie kommen direkt aus dem Flugzeug und in ihr Traumhaus“.

Es ist nicht nur Justines warmherzige Art, die ihr ein riesiges Kundennetzwerk eingebracht hat, sondern auch ihr

spreadsheets and product lists. “If in five years’ time I get a client that wants to replace a vase, I can have that product number within minutes” she says, pointing to her phone. We pause for a moment, while one of the builders pops his head in with a question. Justine is quick to give him direction. Her ability to go from us, to her phone to the builder is astonishing. “I am a multi-tasker” she says smiling, before calling herself a good problem-solver too. “In this line of work, the trick is to always have a solution.” The problems, she says, her clients never need to know about. Während einer der Bauarbeiter mit einer Frage auftaucht warten wir einen Moment. Justine gibt ihm schnell die Richtung vor. Ihre Fähigkeit, zwischen uns, ihrem Telefon und ihrem Mitarbeiter zu wechseln, ist erstaunlich. „Ich bin ein Multitasker“, sagt sie lächelnd, und sie sieht sich auch als eine gute Problemlöserin. „Bei dieser Art von Arbeit besteht der Trick darin, immer eine Lösung zu haben“. Die Probleme, sagt sie, von denen ihre Kunden nie etwas wissen müssen. Das ist schließlich der Grund, warum sie Justine Knox und ihrem Team vertrauen. •
