¡Han pasado 8 años desde que inauguramos nuestro primer showroom y seguimos creciendo! La inauguración de nuestro nuevo concept store en Portals Nous el año pasado fue un gran éxito y continuamos ofreciendo en él gran cantidad de originales objetos de regalo y complementos para vuestros hogares. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente lo bien acogida que ha sido nuestra gama de prendas de lino y algodón natural, así que hemos decidido traer la nueva colección de este año junto con maravillosos artículos de cachemira y seda para los meses más fríos. Hay algo para todos, desde libros de gran formato pasando por galletitas, ropa, almohadones y bisutería, fragancias para vosotros y vuestros hogares y muchísimo más.

Diesen bestücken wir weiterhin mit vielen fabelhaften Geschenken und Accessoires für Ihre Immobilien. Zu unserer eigenen Überraschung lief die Abteilung für natürliches Leinen und Baumwolle so gut, dass wir beschlossen haben, diese zu erweitern. Die neue Kollektion 2016 präsentieren wir zusammen mit schönem Kaschmir und Seide-Produkten für die kühleren Monate. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei: Couchtisch-Bücher, Kekse, Decken und Tücher, Kissen und Schmuck, Düfte für Sie und Ihre Immobilie und noch so Vieles, Vieles mehr.
Este año me complace anunciaros que somos finalistas de los premios “International Architect and Design Awards 2016”, un gran reconocimiento a la labor y dedicación que el Equipo Knox invierte en todos nuestros proyectos. Estamos expectantes ante la inauguración de nuestro nuevo Design Studio este año, un espacio exclusivo para nuestro equipo de diseño y otros profesionales, donde podrán trabajar con nuestra extensa colección de muestrarios y catálogos. La continua expansión de opciones y gamas y la demanda del sector han hecho que esto fuera necesario.

e love homes and everything about them, from the kitchen sink to the curtain fabric and everything in between, we simply can’t get enough of all the fantastic options available now and are lucky enough to have clients of all tastes and budgets. There is never a dull moment here at Knox Design. It´s been eight years since opening our first showroom and we are still growing! The opening of our concept store in Portals Nous last year was a huge success and we continue to fill it with lots of fabulous gifts and accessories for your homes. To our surprise the range of natural linen and cotton clothing went so well that we decided to continue and bring you the new collection this year along with beautiful cashmere and silk products for the cooler months. There is something for everyone, from coffee table books to cookies, clothes, cushions and jewelry, fragrances for you and your homes and much, much more. This year I am proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the “International Architect and Design awards 2016” a great recognition of the hard work and dedication that the Knox Design team put into all our projects. We are excited to see the opening of our New Design Studio this year, a dedicated space for our design team and other professionals to work with our extensive collection of samples and catalogues. Due to demand and continued growth of the options that we offer this became a necessary addition. Our webpage has also been updated and now you will be able to purchase many of our items online from the comfort of your own lovely homes. Use light fabrics and textures, decorative items featuring boats, shells, fish and anchors and of course a stripe or two. Rope baskets and driftwood elements keep it authentic, and although red, white and blue are obvious colour choices, neutrals, turquoise and corals work beautifully too. ANYONE WITH A HOME IN MALLORCA KNOWS THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING THE MOST OF THE OUTDOOR SPACE, AS WE LIVE OUTSIDE FOR MOST OF THE YEAR!
Y
ou will agree it takes a dreamer to imagine how a property could look but it takes an experienced professional to turn that dream into reality. When Justine Knox was called to view a rundown apartment with a potential new client little did she know that this first meeting would lead to a fantastic transformation. “It is becoming quite normal for me to be asked to accompany clients on property viewings”, said Justine. “This particular gentleman had some specific wishes: to be able to sleep outside in the summertime, to make the most of the excellent views and for it to be a luxury and fun holiday home for his young family. He asked me to decide whether he should buy it or not! I said yes, and several months later, after we had finished the works, he moved in to a radically different space ready for his Mallorcan summers.” The final result is stunning and Justine is understandably pleased. “I love projects like this: the Knox team completely renovated the property. The only thing we didn’t change was the sea view!”
U
n visionario puede imaginar cómo quedará una propiedad, pero hace falta un verdadero profesional para hacer realidad el sueño. Cuando Justine Knox fue requerida para visitar un destartalado piso con un cliente potencial no podría ni imaginar que esta primera cita desembocaría en una transformación tan radical. “Es habitual que me llamen los clientes para ir a visitar propiedades”, comenta Justine. “Este caballero tenía unos deseos muy específicos: poder dormir al aire libre en verano, aprovechar al máximo las espectaculares vistas y crear un hogar cómodo y divertido para su joven familia. Consultó conmigo si debería adquirirlo, a lo que respondí que sí. Varios meses más tarde, tras haber finalizado el proyecto, se instaló en un espacio completamente distinto y listo para sus veraneos mallorquines”. El resultado final es impresionante y Justine se siente evidentemente orgullosa. “Me encantan los proyectos como éste: el equipo Knox realizó una reforma completa del piso, ¡¡¡donde lo único que no cambiamos fueron las vistas al mar!!!!”
N
ur ein Träumer kann sich eine Immobilie vorstellen, wie sie in der Zukunft aussehen könnte. Aber nur ein erfahrener Profi kann diesen Traum in die Wirklichkeit umsetzen. Als Justine Knox den Auftrag bekam, eine heruntergekommene Wohnung mit einem potenziellen Käufer zu besichtigen, hatte sie keine Ahnung, dass dieses erste Treffen der Startschuss für eine fantastische Verwandlung sein würde. „Es ist mittlerweile Alltag für mich, Kunden bei Objektbesichtigungen zu begleiten“, sagt Justine. „Dieser besondere Herr hatte einige spezielle Wünsche: im Sommer im Freien schlafen, die herrliche Aussicht maximal betonen. Kurzum, das Ferienhaus sollte Luxus und Spaß für seine junge Familie in Einklang bringen. Er fragte mich, ob er es kaufen sollte oder nicht! Ich sagte Ja. Einige Monate später, nachdem wir die Arbeiten abgeschlossen hatten, zog er in nicht mehr wieder zu erkennende Räume ein – in ein Traumhaus für seine „mallorquinischen Sommer“. Das Ergebnis ist atemberaubend, und Justine verständlicherweise begeistert. „Ich liebe Projekte wie dieses: das Knox-Team renoviert die Immobilie komplett. Das einzige, was wir nicht verändert haben, war der Blick aufs Meer!“

Inside: installed under floor heating, air conditioning, enlarged windows, moved the kitchen to another area to find more light, added strategically placed mirrors to maximise light and views, redecorated all rooms, refitted bathrooms, added recessed ambient lighting in all bedrooms and movement sensitive lighting in bathrooms. Installed a bespoke Agate mineral art panel feature in the master en-suite and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Outside: Landscaped the garden and installed steps to a wine cellar created below the apartment, laid a lawn with sprinkler system and installed decking, built a glass-topped pergola with lighting and electric blinds for privacy from above and shade, created a sunset corner, added privacy screening with an aesthetic bamboo fence and installed a Jacuzzi and shower.

hat fabulous feeling when you discover a treasure, and that’s how this family felt when they found Knox Design. “They got in touch with me after they had seen some of my work in one of their friends’ houses,” said Justine, “I often find my clients come to me through referral”. These clients love the outdoor lifestyle that Mallorca offers and wanted to maximise their time outside. “Make it colourful” was the decoration brief. It’s an unusually bold request, but Justine took it on board and followed through. The results? Vibrant shades singing out through all three floors of the townhouse. “We did everything, down to the last fork.” And the colours, how did Justine choose them? “I chose a key colour for each of the floors. Green, orange, a touch of gold, violet... and I chose to use Missoni fabrics in this design which I had custom made into cushions and curtains. The black and white wallpaper we used is a Ralph Lauren design, which I adore”.

s maravilloso descubrir un tesoro, y así se sintió esta familia cuando contactó con Knox Design. “Me llamaron tras haber visto uno de mis proyectos en casa de unos amigos”, comenta Justine, “Muchos de mis clientes lo son por referencia”. A estos clientes les encanta la vida al aire libre de Mallorca. “Que tenga mucho color”, fue lo único que exigieron en cuanto a la decoración. Una intrépida y poco frecuente proposición, pero Justine aceptó el reto y se puso manos a la obra. ¿El resultado? Colores vivos que bailan por las tres plantas de este hogar. “Lo elegimos todo, hasta el último cubierto”. Y los colores, ¿cómo los escogió Justine? “Elegí un color principal para cada planta: verde, naranja, un toque dorado, violeta... y decidí incorporar tejidos de Missoni al diseño con los que se confeccionaron almohadones y cortinas. El papel pintado blanco y negro es un diseño de Ralph Lauren que adoro”.

Genauso ging es dieser Familie, als sie Knox Design entdeckte. „Sie traten mit mir in Kontakt, nachdem sie einige meiner Arbeiten im Haus von Freunden gesehen hatten“, so Justine, „denn ganz oft werden meine Kunden durch Referenzen angezogen“. Diese Kunden lieben den Outdoor-Lifestyle, den Mallorca bietet. Sie wollten einfach ihre Zeit im Freien optimieren. „Machen Sie es wundervoll bunt“, lautete der unmissverständliche Auftrag. Eine außergewöhnlich mutige Anfrage, aber Justine notierte sie und nahm alles beim Wort. Die Ergebnisse? Grelle Schattierungen auf allen drei Etagen des Stadthauses. „Wir haben alles durchdacht, bis zur letzten Gabel.“ Wie ging Justine bei der Farbauswahl vor? „Ich nahm eine Schlüsselfarbe für jeden Boden. Grün, Orange, einen Hauch von Gold, Violett... und massgeschneiderte Missoni-Stoffe sollten Kissen und Vorhängen den letzten Schliff geben. Die SchwarzWeiß-Tapete im Hintergrund ist ein Ralph-Lauren-Design, das ich vergöttere.“

estled in a small horseshoe bay this property had the potential to be cosy but needed an identity.”I felt that it ‘needed’ blue”, said Justine. Why? “Look at the view, it’s incredible, right on the edge of the Mediterranean, I wanted to bring the sea right into the rooms”. The before photos show a disaster area around the swimming pool, a dated decoration theme, and a feeling that the 2 storey, 3 bedroom villa really hadn’t ever been loved. The after photos show a house begging to have visitors and parties, with very little radical change in the fibre of the building, but a great deal of change in its soul. Designing to support the lifestyles of her clients means that Justine has to get to know them. “I always ask people how they live, I want to learn as much as I can about their priorities in order to help their property to fulfil their needs, then when I visit a potential project I can visualise the spaces the way that I think they would work, I ask myself what I would like, and then I adapt it as I need to for the client”. On completion of this project the owners now have a house just waiting to welcome them and their visitors, with very little radical alterations in the fibre of the building, but a great deal of change in its soul.

Los clientes ahora disfrutan de una casa lista para acogerles a ellos y a sus invitados, con pocos cambios en la estructura del edificio, pero un cambio radical de su alma.

iese schnuckelige Immobilie in einer kleinen hufeisenförmigen Bucht hatte das Potenzial, richtig gemütlich zu sein. Doch ihr fehlte eine klare Identität. „Ich spürte, dass die Farbe Blau hier absolut notwendig ist“, erklärt Justine. Warum? „Die Aussicht ist unglaublich, das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, und eben dieses wollte ich geradezu in die Räume hinein tragen“. Ein Custom-Fitted-Design genau abgestimmt auf die Lebensweise ihrer Kunden bedeutet, dass Justine sie kennen lernen muss. „Ich frage die Leute immer, wie sie leben wollen. Ich will so viel wie möglich über ihre Vorlieben herausfinden, um ihre Immobilie zu optimieren. Alle Räume eines potenziellen Projekts werden vorab visualisiert, um zu sehen, wie das Konzept funktioniert. Ich frage mich, wie ich es für mich selbst gestalten würde, dann passe ich die Ideen an die Bedürfnisse des Auftraggebers an.“ Nach Abschluss des Projekts haben die Eigentümer ein Haus, das nur darauf wartet, sie und ihre Gäste zu begrüßen. Am Grundgerüst des Gebäudes sind keine durchgreifenden Änderungen nötig, doch der charakterliche (optische) Kern ist etwas völlig Neues.

here were just two specifications for the renovation and interior design of this beautiful holiday home in Campos: the husband wanted a leather sofa, and the wife wanted a four poster bed, but apart from that Knox Design were given a blank slate. Justine, who didn’t actually meet the family until the final handover, decided on a traditional country cottage feel and a modern, bright look. “I wanted it to be as comfortable as possible, so that wherever they looked they would see somewhere to relax.” The furnishings were chosen with the classics in mind but with an eye on natural materials. The heart of the home - the kitchen - is deceptively simple. “The table is made from recycled wood, the worktops are granite. I gave the room an open feeling by keeping the wall cupboards to a minimum and providing dedicated storage elsewhere”. Justine paid particular attention to the children’s rooms as well, “their reaction when they see their very own personalised space for the first time makes the extra effort all the more rewarding!”

olamente había dos requisitos a la hora de reformar y decorar esta bella casa en Campos: el marido quería un sofá de piel, y la mujer quería una cama con dosel… por lo demás, se le dio carta blanca a Knox Design. Justine, quien no llegó a conocer personalmente a la familia hasta finalizar el proyecto, optó por una decoración rústica con un toque moderno y luminoso. “Quería que fuera lo más cómoda posible, para que todos los rincones invitaran al relax”. Los complementos elegidos eran clásicos y confeccionados con materiales naturales. El corazón del hogar - la cocina- emana sencillez. “Mesa de madera reciclada y encimeras de granito. Doté a la cocina de mucho espacio, con pocos armarios de pared y dedicando un espacio separado para el almacenamiento.” Justine prestó especial atención a las habitaciones de los niños. “¡Su reacción cuando vieron su propio espacio personalizado por primera vez hizo que el esfuerzo mereciera la pena!

Aber abgesehen davon, hatte Knox Design quasi eine Blankovollmacht. Justine begegnete diesmal der Auftraggeber-Familie bis zur endgültigen Übergabe gar nicht. Sie entschied sich für ein traditionsreiches Landhaus-Feeling und einen modernen, hellen Look. „Ich wollte etwas absolut Angenehmes und Gemütliches erschaffen, mit Entspannungs-Zonen in jeder Ecke.“ Bei den Möbeln standen Klassiker Modell, mit einem Hauptaugenmerk auf natürlichen Materialien. Das Herz des Hauses, die Küche, erscheint verblüffend simpel. „Tisch aus Recycling-Holz, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit. Ich wollte dem Raum eine immense Offenheit bewahren. Wandschränke wurden auf ein Minimum reduziert, mit Abstellmöglichkeiten in ausgelagerten Bereichen.“ Justine richtete besonderes Augenmerk auf die Kinderzimmer: „Ihre Reaktion, wenn sie ihre ganz eigenen personalisierten Räume zum ersten Mal sehen, macht den zusätzlichen Aufwand umso lohnender!“

obviously I love all things decorative for our homes but my weakness - it has to be said - is definitely cushions. I can’t resist them! They make a change in season and decor so easy and come in all shapes and sizes, colours and textures. My designs would not be complete without them as they instantly add impact and interest and give a home a cosy inviting feel too. For those who love a designer look a cushion is a relatively small investment and a good place to start to get that unique look. You can be as bold as you like with cushions as they are easy to change and I would always recommend paying for good fillers as it can make a huge difference to both the appearance and comfort.

videntemente adoro todo lo que aporta decoración a nuestros hogares, pero tengo que reconocer que mi debilidad son los almohadones. ¡No me puedo resistir! Hacen que un cambio de temporada y decoración sea tan fácil, y están disponibles en multitud de formas y tamaños, colores y texturas. Mis diseños no se completarían sin ellos ya que aportan un impacto y un interés instantáneo y le dan a nuestros hogares un toque cálido y acogedor. Para aquéllos a los que os gusta añadir una pincelada de diseño, el almohadón supone una inversión relativamente menor que logra realzar el ‘look’ único de cualquier espacio. Puedes ser todo lo atrevido que quieras con los cojines, ya que son fáciles de cambiar y siempre recomiendo emplear rellenos de calidad, ya que afectan tanto su aspecto como su comodidad.

Sie machen saisonale und dekorative Änderungen so einfach und sind in allen Formen und Größen, Farben und Texturen zu bekommen. Meine Entwürfe wären nicht komplett ohne sie: Kissen erzeugen sofort Wirkung und erhöhen das Interesse des Betrachters. Mit ihnen wird ein Zuhause erst richtig gemütlich und einladend. Für alle, die einen Designer-Look lieben, sind Kissen eine relativ kleine Investition und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um diesen einzigartigen Look zu bekommen. Sie können Kissen so mutig platzieren, wie Sie wollen; man kann sie jederzeit leicht wechseln. Und ich würde immer empfehlen, für gute Füllstoffe etwas mehr zu bezahlen: es macht einen großen Unterschied aus, sowohl beim Aussehen als auch beim Komfort.

ometimes you just can’t predict what’s around the corner. One Friday morning the Knox team received a call from Carin at Buy A Home Mallorca, a real estate agency based in Palma. “Carin told me they’d just taken on a fabulous Art Nouveau style townhouse in the heart of Santa Catalina, Palma. It had been completely refurbished but it didn’t have a stick of furniture in it,” said Justine. “Carin knew about my years of experience as a home stager and asked me if I could furnish the property in preparation for an interiors photography shoot which was due the following Monday. The Knox team love a challenge and we completely dressed the property within 24 hours. We have a lot of beautiful accessories and furniture at our disposal in the Home Stores. Vivian Borsani, a local artist, kindly gave us the pick of her art collection which worked beautifully to dress the walls.” It will be a very stylish home for someone, that’s for sure.

he developers of this property called Justine in for a home staging consultation as they knew it just wasn’t quite ready for selling. “I produced a detailed, and quite frank, report about what needed to be changed and we went from there”. Home Staging is a balancing act, if the property is lived in then items need to be removed, if it is empty then things need to be added. In this instance Justine wanted to give the luxury property a witty edge. “The developers themselves had a lot of character, and I wanted the interior design to reflect this but still keep its quality and comfort.” As part of the property makeover Justine defined individual living zones in the villa to help potential purchasers imagine themselves using all areas. “They needed to see how the house would work, and defining zones with rugs and furniture helped to make this clearer.” Justine also extended the inside spaces to outside allowing the prospective owners to see exactly how they might enjoy their lifestyle there. It sold quickly following these important changes and additions.

os promotores de esta propiedad llamaron a Justine como home stager, conscientes de que la casa no estaba lista para ser vendida. “Preparé un informe detallado y sin rodeos sobre lo que había que cambiar, y nos pusimos a trabajar”. El Home Staging es cuestión de equilibrio: si la casa está habitada, hay que quitar cosas, y si está vacía, es cuestión de añadirlas. En este caso Justine quería dotar a esta propiedad de lujo de un toque peculiar. “Los propios promotores tienen mucha personalidad, y yo quería que el diseño de interiores la reflejase, pero manteniendo a su vez la calidad y el confort”. Como parte del proyecto, Justine definió áreas separadas en la casa para que los potenciales compradores pudieran imaginarse empleando todas las zonas. “Era necesario mostrar la dinámica de la casa, empleando alfombras y muebles en la demarcación de las distintas zonas habitables”. Asimismo Justine extendió los interiores hacia el exterior, invitando así a los potenciales propietarios a imaginar cómo sería su vida en todas las dimensiones de la casa. La casa se vendió poco después de haber efectuado estos importantes cambios.

Wenn sie dagegen leer steht, müssen Dinge hinzugefügt werden. In diesem Fall wollte Justine der Luxus-Immobilie eine intellektuelle Note verleihen. „Die Entwickler selbst hatten viel Charme und Charakter. Die Innenraumgestaltung sollte dies widerspiegeln, aber Qualität und Komfort behalten.“ Im Rahmen einer Verjüngungskur definierte Justine Einzelwohnzonen in der Villa: potenzielle Käufer sollten sich vorstellen können, wie die einzelnen Bereiche genutzt werden. „Das Haus brauchte eine klare Funktion, die durch das Definieren von Zonen mit Teppichen und Möbeln herausgearbeitet wurde.“ Justine verlängerte auch die Innenräume nach außen, wodurch sich künftige Besitzer ihren Lifestyle plastisch vorstellen konnten. Es verkaufte sich schnell nach diesen wichtigen Änderungen und Ergänzungen.

ometimes you know exactly what you want, but you just don’t know how to achieve it. This was the case with this project: a sophisticated family holiday home. “When you are working with someone who clearly has a specific taste, then you can help them to take it to just the right level. Hiring a professional interior designer means that they can be more daring if they want, it also means they don’t have to source the fabrics or accessories themselves, unless they want to, and they save their personal time for their family.” During the process Justine communicated with her client via Skype calls where she would show her mood boards and colour swatches. “Many of my clients are not even on the island when I am working for them: it means they can just walk into their new home when it is completed, but they have been involved every step of the way”. The finished project is a sumptuous palate of muted colours, rich textures and thoughtful lighting giving the property a classic glamour.

Esto es lo que sucedió con este proyecto: una sofisticada casa familiar de vacaciones. “Cuando trabajas con alguien con un gusto muy concreto, puedes ayudarle a que lo manifiesten en su justa medida. Contratar a un diseñador de interiores profesional significa que pueden ser más atrevidos si lo desean, y además no se ven obligados a buscar los tejidos y complementos – a menos que deseen hacerlo – pudiendo dedicar más tiempo a la familia”. Durante el proceso, Justine se comunicó con la clienta a través de Skype, mostrándole sus collages de ideas y conceptos (moodboards) y muestrarios de colores. “Muchos de mis clientes ni siquiera están en la isla cuando trabajo para ellos: significa que pueden entrar en su nuevo hogar una vez hayamos finalizado el proyecto, pero han estado involucrados a cada paso”. El proyecto final es una exquisita paleta de colores atenuados, ricas texturas e iluminación estratégica que dota a la casa de un clásico glamour.

Der Service eines professionellen Innenarchitekten bedeutet Mut bei der Umsetzung. Es bedeutet auch, dass man Stoffe oder Zubehör nicht gesondert beschaffen muss, es sei denn, man will es unbedingt. Und man spart viel Freizeit für die Familie.“ Während des Prozesses kommuniziert Justine mit ihren Kunden via Skype, womit sie ihre Moodboards und Farbfelder zeigt. „Viele meiner Kunden sind nicht einmal auf der Insel, wenn ich für sie arbeite: das bedeutet, sie ziehen nur in ihr neues Zuhause, wenn alles abgeschlossen ist. Trotzdem sind sie an jedem Schritt beteiligt.“ Das fertige Projekt ist ein prächtiger Palast voll gedeckter Farben, reicher Texturen und durchdachter Beleuchtung: das Anwesen hat nun klassischen Glamour.

he Knox team transformed this from a dark and rundown apartment into a beautiful holiday home. In a prime location but with ageing decoration and some dubious choices about room allocation the whole property had to be reformed from top to bottom. Once the decision to renovate had been taken there were many elements that the clients didn’t want to be personally involved with: the paperwork and rules one must negotiate when reforming an apartment, logging architect’s plans, and applying for permissions and licenses from the Town Hall. Once the permissions had been granted and the messy building work was out of the way it was time for the furnishing and finishing touches. “I chose sophisticated fabrics and wallpapers for the bedrooms, whilst out on the terrace I gave it a nautical feel to complement the sea view”.

l equipo Knox transformó este oscuro y abandonado apartamento en una hermosa casa de verano. Excelentemente ubicada pero con una decoración envejecida y un uso cuestionable de los espacios, la propiedad precisaba de una remodelación radical. Habiendo decidido acometer la obra, los clientes deseaban mantenerse al margen de todos los trámites que exige un proyecto de este calibre: papeleo y normativas, planes del arquitecto y solicitar los permisos del ayuntamiento. Una vez conseguidas las licencias y finalizada la obra, llegó la hora de decorar. “Escogí sofisticados tejidos y papeles pintados para los dormitorios, y una temática marinera para la terraza en consonancia con las vistas al mar”.

as Knox-Team verwandelte eine dunkle und heruntergekommene Wohnung in ein herrliches Feriendomizil. In bester Lage, aber mit veralteter Dekoration und zweifelhafter Raumaufteilung, musste die ganze Immobilie von oben nach unten komplett umgestaltet werden. Nach der Entscheidung für die Renovierung wollten die Auftraggeber nichts mit Bürokratie und Papierkram zu tun haben: Anträge und Baugenehmigung, Antrag auf Einsicht in die Pläne des Architekten, Beantragung von Berechtigungen und Lizenzen vom Bauamt der Gemeinde. Sobald die Berechtigungen erteilt worden waren und die staubigen Bauarbeiten erledigt waren, war es Zeit für die Einrichtung und den letzten Schliff. „Ich entschied mich für anspruchsvolle Stoffe und stilvolle Tapeten für die Schlafzimmer. Auf der Terrasse ergänzte ich den Blick aufs Meer durch eine maritime Optik.“
