The next addition to the Harwood District, Harwood No. 14, will consist of 342,000+ SF of office space and 13,000+ SF of ground floor retail, expanding upon Harwood International’s trophy office portfolio and renowned hospitality group. Harwood No. 14 will be centrally located in the 19-city block Harwood District further facilitating effortless accessibility from each of Dallas’s major transportation arteries.
The 27-story Class AA tower’s design is heavily influenced by nature, featuring a two-story lobby with monumental stairs blending indoor/outdoor features, a landscaped plateaux, organic façade with finned curtainwall system, open air pocket gardens, and a spectacular 16,000 SF rooftop and sky garden. Harwood No. 14 will present many avant-garde amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, highly flexible multipurpose center, a grand motor court, and a new ground floor restaurant, café and bar.
The design and architecture teams behind Harwood No. 14 are Dallas-based HDF (architect of record), Dallas-based Corgan (associate architect), and Tokyo-based starchitect Kengo Kuma & Associates (design architect). This will be Kengo Kuma’s second office tower in the Harwood District. KKAA’s first tower, the Rolex Building completed in 2018, won the “Best Office Project in the World” by Engineering News-Record magazine. With limited large blocks of Class AA space available, Harwood No. 14 is poised to be yet another Harwood success story.
