The book brings together a number of selected texts that have their root in the Ljubljana conference (The Concept of Space and Time in European Folklore, September 2007) and take inspiration from it. In a nutshell it provides close examinations of folk customs and rituals, legends and fairy tales, settlement patterns, medieval kingship, and literary evidence in order to grasp European uses of space and time in the long run.
V zborniku je objavljenih 21 prispevkov, ki so bili predstavljeni na mednarodni interdisciplinarni konferenci "Koncept prostora in časa v evropski folklori", ki ga je organiziral Oddelek za etnologijo in kulturno antropologijo septembra 2007.
