After a very cold and wet winter which has felt like it was never going to end, we have finally made it to spring. The days are getting longer and warmer weather is creeping in (albeit slowly).

Spring signifies new beginnings, and with that Knight Frank is delighted to share the exciting news of our own new beginnings. Throughout the last five months we have been hard at work curating an amazing new Cape Town head office that will take over from our current Southern Suburbs office in Claremont. Based out of a well-known landmark building in the historic Chelsea Village in Wynberg Upper, Knight Frank is creating a space that offers a feeling of home rather than a traditional office that can be enjoyed by our team and clients. Our boardroom and co-working space will be open to use for any client that has bought or sold with Knight Frank should they need a space to pop in and work from, host a meeting, or simply stop by for a cup of coffee and a property market update.

As part of the new office setup, Knight Frank has partnered with Precision Wealth, which will be based out of the same building and be able to offer our clients holistic financial planning, investment and wealth creation solutions. We are very excited about this new partnership and feel that the brands will complement each other exceptionally well, adding to both our networks and overall client offerings.
