End-of-Year Reception
Knight Frank Kenya joined forces with Invest Africa – who are a pan-African business platform that promotes trade and investment in Africa - for an exclusive end-of-year reception at the Mandrake’s stunning rooftop.
The Mandrake is a 120,000 sq ft Grade A office space with EDGE Advanced preliminary certification, which Knight Frank is leasing. It is dubbed a “Vertical Savannah” because of how it infuses nature in its construction. Mark Dunford delivered a keynote address, celebrating KFK’s excellence in commercial real estate and highlighting the Mandrake’s cutting-edge advancements. He also spoke about property management and our legacy in commercial real estate. Our team brought their A-game with expert interviews showcasing KFK’s thought leadership:

Festive Magic at KFK Managed Malls
From The Junction to Greenspan Mall, December was a spectacle of festive cheer across our managed properties. Stunning decorations set the stage for a season of joy and commerce, drawing families and shoppers alike.
Each mall will be offering unique activities to make the season unforgettable, from Christmas Carols Spreading holiday cheer to Scavenger Hunts keeping the kids (and competitive adults) on their toes to even Dancing and Performances that will have everyone grooving.
These activations increased foot traffic and dwell time, creating the perfect environment for retail success. Here’s to a season that brings smiles to faces and boosts to sales.
