Orange is a leading bespoke travel company specialising in the art creating custom travel and experiential tours across the India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Mayanmar; where each trip is crafted individually to have its own unique character and influence. We are a young company but come with over 300 years of collective experience in the business. Our passionate team of specialists bring together accommodations, experts and experiences tailored as per the interest of the global traveller, to offer an exceptional, immersive and inspiring journey.

The Indian Subcontinent is the perfect playground of fascinating and unusual elements which constantly stimulate our creativity and curiosity. At Orange we believe that “custom travel is in the experience”. Our curated holidays with a 360 degree approach provides all travel solutions in the Indian subcontinent and is driven by our desire to make a global family of gratified travellers who come back to us each time they think of a holiday that tailor-made & transformational. Ove the last 7 years we have curated holidays for guests from over 50 luxury travel companies and consortiums from over 10 countries.
We believe we are a part of travel that changes lives. Our green policies of reduced carbon footprint & no use of single plastic, besides our giving back to the community initiative is an honest endeavour to make a small difference.
Offering a selective range of intimate and inspiring journeys across the Indian subcontinent, Orange is known for crafting trips that are seamless and

combine amazing hotels, lodges, villas, yachts, private jets, glamping, with great places to see, feel, experience, explore and all of this is possible as we are backed by an excellent on-ground support team.
We began in the year 2014 with an India office, over the years we had repeat guests wanting to explore the Indian subcontinent beyond India with this we decided to expand our operations to SriLanka, Bhutan, Nepal and Mayanmar. To gain a more hands-on approach and to enable us to reveal the true-spirit of a region we decided to open offices in Sri Lanka, in the year 2016. I believe, we all have an inherent desire to travel, its in our DNA and hence, Orange is the right choice for discerning as well as luxury traveller. Our primary source markets have been UK, Germany, Switzerland, Nordic Regions, France, South Africa, Russia, and Korea. With a growth in business from UK and around we decided to open a branch office in London that operates as an extension of our business partner’s offices to a ssist them with destination stories, product understanding, planning, itinerary connect and execution. While our primary source business market is UK, Europe and Scandinavia we witnessed a growth in 2019 from the American market too.
We specialise in bespoke, custom, tailor-made travel within the Indian subcontinent. Be it a family holiday, solo travel, a couple, business travel, LGTBQ or a specialised group tours, we are focused towards creating once in a lifetime trip.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought our industry to a stand still causing massive job & revenue losses. Travel will no doubt be back and the industry is starting to restructure—and the fortunate travel companies will pass from restructuring to rebuilding for a new normal. At Orange we are gearing up for this by reconnecting with our clients, keeping the interest for the subcontinent relevant through interactions and above all putting in place stringent safety and hygiene checks. We have nominated one of our key team members to get himself certified by one of the leading hospitality and advisory brand from Switzerland to safeguard the interest of our team, associates and guests.
The online digital travel platform had cause a disruption of sorts but we believe these platforms while may work for the average mass tourist does not do so well for customised and tailor made services.
Another major complexity we face is with regards to sustainability is the mcdonaldization of its aspects. Our practices have already incorporated the usual - no plastic, waste free, reducing carbon footprints etc into our programs but are now more focused toward the societal and economic aspect of supporting the communities and certain less fortunate and privileged segments and wildlife organisations.
Our team brings together a formidable and diverse mix of skill sets and experiences, each one is a seasoned traveler along with being a specialist in planning itineraries / trips but above all, they are all passionate about the Indian subcontinent and are eager to learn what it has to offer and they display a keen eye to detailing. With first-hand experience they can help any travel plans and give valuable insights into any travel destinations and experiences and their eye for detail ensures that no element in your travel plan is missed or left to chance and each day is planned to enchant and surprise you.
Over the last year we have been viewing trends that revolve around travel that is ‘out of the ordinary’ or travel experiences that are authentic and connect you to the destination. Me and my team’s experience have allowed us access to some exceptional and very passionate individuals from top guide, historians, award winning naturalists, conservationists, royal families, artists, local craftsmen and women who have done some exceptional work for the society. Together we help our clients travel deeper and find a connect to the destination they are in. It is great fun and a matter of pride for us to deliver these trips.
My key team members, CP, Ravinder, Ishveen, Divya & Puneet, manage different source markets. They have been with Orange since its inception and have been working with me for over a decade and a half. This team at Orange is an extended family and over the years we have grown together.
The organisation encourages the team members to peruse their hobbies, talent and skill set. For instance - Ravinder (Rambo) is a fitness consultant and also runs a healthy food café, Ishveen is a certified PADI 3 diver. More recently during the current lockdown, I have successfully completed a certified course with Harvard X on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies & another certified course from Wageningen University on Sustainable Tourism: Society & Environmental Aspects.
