While the pandemic paradigm continues this winter, fortunately the end is in sight. I am confident we will get there together, and I am grateful to be weathering the storm in this valley. Thank you to our clients, friends and community members for your strength and perseverance as we navigated the past year together. 2020 turned out to be an unusual ride, but one that also brought cherished family time, new adventures in our own backyard, and the opportunity to reflect on what is most important in our lives. I am also very grateful to all of those on the front lines and in the medical profession helping to keep us all safe and healthy. After the lifts closed in mid-March 2020 and most pending sales at the time imploded, we were just hoping and praying all spring that we would even have a summer selling season. At the end of June 2020, a switch got flipped, and we entered what would become the most active summer selling season this valley has ever seen. It has been all-hands-on-deck since.
