blue blueprint It is our pleasure to share our latest edition of The Blueprint, a selection of current offerings and recent sales by Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty.

A Work Of Art in Historic Morristown M O R R I S TOW N This extraordinary home in Morristown’s leafy downtown historic district blends the bones of a stately 1901 mansion with the sophistication of a luxurious 21st century estate. A gut renovation transformed the residence from top to bottom with no detail overlooked, from elegant gallery lighting to masterfully custom crafted deep-set windows, to artfully crafted millwork and all new, state-of-the-art systems.

The exterior cupola, balconies, and a pillared porch suggest the decorative 19th century Victorian Queen Anne style, while the bright open spaces, high ceilings, and wide oak floors of the interior give the five-bedroom residence a chic uptown vibe.

The refurbished 1900’s staircase, new custom cherry secondary staircase and a new elevator connect all four floors.
