blue blueprint It is our pleasure to share our latest edition of The Blueprint, a selection of current offerings and recent sales by Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty.

Developed as an approach to provide additional local exposure for our clientele, The Blueprint is distributed to over 20,000 residents in the most affluent communities of central and northern New Jersey to promote the homes we represent.

Resort-like Retreat in the Heart of Warren WA R R E N This magnificent stone home blends indoor and outdoor living spaces to create a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of Warren. This custom home, of approximately 10,000 square feet, is set on seven private acres and backs up to 15 acres of open space. It was built in 2003 by the internationally recognized architect Jeffrey Beer, famous for his meticulous designs.

It has hand-built custom wood cabinets, granite countertops with center island, a marble backsplash and highend appliances by Viking, Thermador, and Bosch. Just beyond the kitchen is a breakfast rotunda with a 14-foot domed ceiling. The curved wall of windows overlooks the property and large terrace.

An open archway leads to the family room with Brazilian cherry wood floors, coffered ceiling, and exquisite custom molding that is repeated throughout the home. Hardwood built-ins with display shelving and cabinetry line the walls and flank the gas fireplace with a custom-carved mantel.

Commercial areas are limited to only a few streets. You will find a few working farms and open green spaces scattered throughout the scenic township that sits among the Watchung Mountains. Even so, Interstate 78 runs through Warren, and it is just over 30 miles from New York City, making it a popular commuter destination.
