A Note From the Seller:

Living at 2234 W Fletcher has been a delight! The neighbors are like family and we all hang out in front (hence the chairs on the parkway in front of most houses) whenever the weather is cooperating. We have “pizza on the street” whenever the parents collectively decide we don’t feel like cooking and out come the kids, drinks, and music. The neighborhood kids run a lemonade stand during Burgerfest weekend to raise money for the waterslide which adds to their enjoyment knowing they helped out!

Away from the street we have spent countless hours at nearby Hamlin Park on the playground, baseball fields, basketball court, dog ark and free public pool. We have taken frequent walks to Roscoe street for our favorite Italian food at Piazza Bella as well as several other favorites up and down Roscoe. After Dinner we will often be seen walking to Scooters for ice cream (sorry, frozen custard) and then a short walk home.

This has been a fantastic home surrounded inside and out by fantastic people. I know you will enjoy it too!

Hamlin Park Located in the North Center community (two blocks south of Belmont Avenue, with its eastern border abutting Damen Avenue), Hamlin Park sits on approximately eight acres. Parents will appreciate the opportunity for their of tots / preschoolers to increase their socialization skills in programs such as: Moms Pops & Tots Interaction, Tot Spot, Tiny Tot Tumbling, Fun & Games, Arts & Crafts, and Music & Movement.Teens can make new friendships in the park’s Teen Club. During the summer, besides regular programming, Hamlin Park will keep youth and young teens involved and well supervised with its popular and affordable six-week Day Camp, Teen Leadership Camp, Music Camp, and Sports Camp.
