Music, particularly singing, has been proved to be good for our mental and physical health. So, if you enjoy company and a good sing then you will enjoy a Let’s Sing! afternoon. We meet on the second Sunday of each month at the Church Centre in Kinross. We begin with a cuppa and a blether at 2.30pm and then sing from 3-4pm. Our music is varied – ranging from Scottish songs through musicals and movies to popular hits from the 50’s onwards. The emphasis is on fun and friendship and people living with dementia and their carer(s) are particularly welcome. We’d love to welcome you to one of our sessions!
