Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year, as we move forward together to the best year yet! We are excited to see our longstanding tradition of excellence and innovation in academics, the arts, and athletics continue as our students discover and pursue their unique purpose in our collective care.

In 21-22, we are thrilled to launch our newest pathways, the Klein ISD Honors College and the Vistas Early College High School program, adding to the existing exemplary pathways we offer all of our students in Klein ISD. We are also grateful for new safety and security efforts funded by our community’s overwhelming support of the 2015 Bond Program. The tremendous support of the 2015 Bond has made possible necessary improvements across Klein ISD, including building new campuses to address rapid growth, renovating older schools, and providing technology to maintain our community’s standard of excellence and commitment to providing the absolute best learning environment for our children.

Klein ISD Police Officers mentor students The Leadership Academy encourages, inspires, and nurtures today’s elementary student leaders! Students and their peers are partnered with their campus counselor and a Klein ISD police officer leader. Students meet in a small group setting and participate in activities designed to develop and enrich good character and leadership skills.

Since its establishment in 2015, the Leadership Academy has now been replicated throughout hundreds of school districts in the nation!

The following instructions are for families new to Klein ISD, returning families enrolling additional students, or returning families who have moved into a new attendance zone.

STEP 1: REQUEST ENROLLMENT ACCESS Returning families enrolling additional students OR living in a new attendance zone, please proceed to next step.

Before completing the online enrollment application, you must request enrollment access.

You will need: your contact Information, address, and email address.

Once your request is submitted, you will be emailed a username and password. Please save this email or write down the username and password. This username and password will be used to submit your Online Enrollment Request in Step 2.

STEP 2: ONLINE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION OR CHANGE OF RESIDENCE ENROLLMENT FORM New families and returning families with NEW Students Please login to the "Enrollment Access" login area on the Skyward Family Access Portal to complete the enrollment application.

You received your username and password in an email in step 1. Once you log in, please enter information for each student you wish to enroll. The system will assign the campus for the student based on the student's date of birth and home address.

Returning families living in a NEW attendance zone Please download and complete the Change of Residence Enrollment Request form in order to enroll your students at their new schools.

STEP 3: GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS • Proof of residency in Klein ISD (hard copy required) • Current gas, water, or electricity bill with parent/guardian name/address • Lease agreement with all children listed on the lease along with a utility bill listed above • Earnest Money Contract (utility bill required within 30 days of closing on the home) •�Proof of child’s identity (original birth certificate preferred) • Transcript/report cards from previous school • Complete immunization health records • Student's Social Security Card (preferred) • Parent/Guardian Identification (preferred) • Tuberculosis Form (download online)

STEP 4: ENROLLMENT COMPLETION Once you submit, Klein ISD will contact you within 3 business days to finalize your student's enrollment.

Football Season Tickets

Season ticket holders from the 2020 season may renew tickets for the 2021-2022 school year beginning July 18 - 31, 2021.

Current season ticket holders will receive an email on July 4 from Etix with instructions on how to renew. You may also purchase tickets at: kisd.us/FBSeasonTickets. Beginning August 8, all season tickets that were not renewed will be open to the general public for purchase online through August 21. Sales beginning on August 23 will be weekly sales only. FIRST SPACE FORCE JROTC IN TEXAS KLEIN HIGH AIR FORCE JROTC

Klein High School’s Air Force JROTC has been selected by the United States Air Force to convert its existing AFJROTC unit to the inaugural Texas-based Space Force JROTC unit beginning Fall 2021 - making school, district, state, and national history.

Klein High is one of only 10 schools across the nation, and the only unit from the state of Texas, chosen to spearhead this conversion to the new branch of the armed services.
