We want to provide you with the knowledge and experience we have gained while working in this industry for many years. Safety is most important in our work. We strictly comply with the requirements of EN 1176 standard when creating our products so our play equipment is safe for user. The compliance to standard is also confirmed with TUV SUD certificate. Our work has to be safe for environment so in our manufacturing process we follow the requirements of ISO 14001 standard for environmental management. We choose materials that are environmentally friendly, recyclable and long-lasting, so we can reduce our impact on environment. Effective resource management is one of the most important conditions for creating safe and high quality products. Our company management system complies with ISO 9001 standard to acquire it. The compliance with above mentioned standards is confirmed with certificates issued by Bureau Veritas Latvia.

For more than 10 years we have continuously developed to create comfortable, safe, urban-friendly and long-lasting play and sports equipment. Using stainless steel, HDPE plastic and FSC certified Latvian pinewood in our manufacturing process. We create a product that matters.

WINGS

Klasiskākais un populārākais rotaļu laukuma elements, nenoliedzami ir šūpoles. Gadu gaitā tās ir izgatavotas no dažādiem materiāliem: mašīnu riepām, koka, metāla un no virves, kas galā sasieta mezglā.

Drošākas un standartizētas šūpoles sāka ražot tikai 18. gadsimta beigās. 20. gadsimta sākumā lielāko daļu rotaļu laukumu aprīkojuma ražoja no metāla, kas tos padarīja nedrošus bērniem. Tikai 20. gs 70. gados tika pieņemts sākt izmantot mīkstākus materiālus ražošanas procesā, piemēram koku un plastikātu. Kā arī popularitāti ieguva krāsainu plastikātu izmantošana šūpoļu ražošanā. Šo izmaiņu ieviešanas rezultātā, rotaļu laukumos gūto traumu daudzums sāka samazināties. Mūsu ražotās šūpoles ir drošas un izgatavotas no priedes brusām. Swings are the most classic playground element. Over the years they have been made of many materials: tire swings; sticks/wood; steel; and rope swings: a rope made from a long, very thick rope and knotted at the end. Safer and more standardized swings were designed only in the late 1800s.

During the early years of the 20th century, most of the playground equipment was made of steel, making for some rather unsafe play. It wasn’t until a fairly recent revolution, in the 1970s, when it began to be recommended that more softer materials, like wood and plastic should be used. It was then that colorful plastic was implemented for use on swings. Due to these changes, playground injuries became fewer and fewer. Our swings are safe and made of timberwood and include rubber seats or rope basket, safe metal chains and metal connectors. The swings can be used by children from 2 years. All accessories are provided by trustful and certified European manufacturers.

Another very popular playground element is spring swings, which allows children to train vestibular system, is fun, exciting and designed to stimulate children’s imagination. The collection of thematic playgrounds was inspired by dwarfs. These playground elements are specially suited for kindergartens as the height of fall doesn’t exceed 0.8 m. For children in preschool age climbing seems especially risky as they haven’t obtained the necessary experience or skills. But well-grounded and small risk factor in children’s playgrounds is unavoidable and necessary for healthy development of a child. This collection of playground equipment include slides, rope climbing elements, moving bridges and sandboxes. Adults should consider that children can use the equipment in all possible ways. How do you think the publicly accessible workout equipment affect Latvian youth sports development?

- Pēdējā desmitgadē vispār redzam ļoti strauju sabiedrības iesaistīšanos sportā un, manuprāt, to ir veicinājušas tieši publiskās aktivitātes – sacensības, maratoni, un, jā – noteikti arī vides iekārtošana. Ja jaunietim diendienā acu priekšā būs šāda brīvi pieejama vieta, kur pulcējas citi, sporto un labi pavada laiku, ir liela iespēja, ka vienā brīdī pievienosies arī viņš.

In the last decade generally we have seen very rapid increase of public participation in sport and I think it has contributed directly to public activities - competitions, marathons, and, yes - certainly the improvement of the environment. If a young person every day has in front of him a freely accessible place to gather for sport and spend a good time with others, it is a good chance that at some point he will also join.

Together with the fight club “MMA Jūrmala” members we prefer different bars which are available in these public areas. The bars are ideal for lap workouts and training different groups of muscles. I am also glad that the stainless steel equipment is high quality and stable. Rubber surface helps to avoid injuries if mistakes are made while practicing.

Throughout the history of humanity there have been many attempts to reach the heights, to touch the sky. The first trampoline-like inventions were made already in Middle Ages. But the modern trampoline history takes us back to Circus. It is said that a Frenchman, named du Trampoline, helped develop the basics of the trampoline as we know it. For years, circus performers had used a net under the trapeze so they could rebound. By developing a system of spring suspensions, the Frenchman, a former trapeze artist, moved trampoline development forward. He adapted safety nets and experimented with spring suspension systems to make the earliest form of the trampoline.The trampoline was not widely popular until the 1900s when circus performers made it a feature attraction.

It became a modern sport in 1936 when the present-day trampoline was developed by American gymnast George Nissen. In the United States, trampoline was originally a trademark for the apparatus perfected

by Nissen. Surprisingly, trampolining became popular in the United States when World War II broke out. It was used for recreation and physical education purposes in the armed forces. It was especially important for pilot and air crew training because it helped to instruct trainees in body position and sensations associated with flight. After the war, physical education teachers introduced trampolining in schools because of its physical benefits as well as its potential for fun. Its use spread to universities and places like the YMCA/YWCA as a competitive sport for students. Since the 1950s, trampolines have also been used by visual therapists and special education teachers to improve vision, balance, and coordination in their students. We have created a trampoline that is embedded into the ground, so jumping is performed at a ground level, unlike the traditional trampoline. This is due to significantly reduce the risks of injury as a result from falling from the trampoline.

We have recently started our collaboration with SIA JURMALAS MEZAPARKI. First I paid my attention to children’s playgrounds, as being a father myself, I noticed that there are not that many publicly available playgrounds in Estonia. While on a trip to Riga I noticed the playgrounds created by SIA JURMALAS MEZAPARKI and we agreed on a cooperation to increase the number of playgrounds in Estonia’s cities, kindergartens, schools and private yards.

SIA JURMALAS MEZAPARKI offers a wide range of products, both for public and private use. The newest product is MUD KITCHEN! Wet and dirty clothes are not an obstacle for the experience that children acquire while playing in mud kitchen! Mud kitchen provides endless play opportunities, which significantly increase imagination and make the understanding about correlation of different substances (soil, sand, gravel, leaves, chips, cones, etc.). It increases motility (stones, cones, branches - each has its own texture and shape), eye-arm coordination (moving water containers, sand, pans and pots). It’s a role play which includes real-life elements that teach kitchen duties from A to Z. It creates an understanding of materials - sand lies under the water, leaves and cones are floating. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE Jūrmalas Mežaparki Ltd. offers 2 year warranty for all equipment’s defects, associated with manufacturing defects or material defects.

Jūrmalas Mežaparki Ltd. provides additional warranty associated with manufacturing or material defects form the day of received payment.

Our responsibility as the manufacturer under this warranty is the replacement of the damaged items free of charge at the manufacturer’s discretion.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

CERTIFICATES All equipment and spare parts are manufactured in Latvia. All materials are provided from manufacturers based in Latvia and in the European Union. The equipment manufacturing process and the environmental issues are monitored and verified by Bureau Veritas, the issued certificates confirm the conformity to the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All game equipments are designed in accordance with the EN 1176 safety standard requirements, they have been tested and certified by TUV SUD. WE PRODUCE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS ON FAIR TRADE PRINCIPLES

DELIVERY We deliver within 2-8 weeks from receiving your order, depending on the specifics and amount.

PACKAGING The goods are packaged on 2.6m x 1m pallets, the height varies from 0.5m to 1m. We provide the combination of several products in packaging to reduce the shipment size.

SUPPORT All buyers will be provided with detailed product datasheet and installation manual. Corporate partners will receive full product range, DWG drawings package. We provide the landscape design services free of extra charge. The first installation training at your location free of charge for labour, we charge just for travel and accommodation.

PAYMENTS The payment conditions of Jurmalas Mezaparki are as follows: 50% prepayment and 50% within 30 days upon receipt of the goods. Jurmalas Mezaparki Ltd. forwards orders to the production line once the prepayment has been received in full.

3 YEAR WARRANTY Outdoor gymnastic and sports equipment: rubber parts and plastic parts, as well as thread fasteners and metal parts containing moving elements. All outdoor gymnastic and sports equipment’s welded parts.

2 YEAR WARRANTY Moving rope and cable parts (for example, rope bridge). Precondition for warranty to be valid, is to use equipment as intended, correct maintenance, repairs, if required, using original spare parts, as well as prophylactic work by specialized personal, following manufacturers recommendations. Proof of prophylactic work is given by the client, or person, who uses the playground. Warranty does not apply to operational wear and tear, intentional damages or acts of vandalism, force majeure conditions, unprofessional assembly, assembly which does not meet manufacturer’s instructions, and insufficient maintenance, disregarding Jūrmalas Mežaparki Ltd. ordinances. In case of a justified warranty claim Jūrmalas Mežaparki Ltd. has the rights to do the repairs at their discretion.

Breach of contract or price reduction requests are eliminated due to the warranty commitment.

However, the legitimate rights for defect liabilities are valid.

SIA „Jūrmalas Mežaparki” kā ražotāja atbildība šīs garantijas ietvaros ir bojātās preces bezmaksas nomaiņa pēc ražotāja ieskatiem.

2 GADU GARANTIJA Kustīgajām virvju un trošu detaļām (piemēram, virvju tiltiņam) Priekšnosacījums, lai garantija būtu spēkā, ir iekārtas lietošana atbilstoši paredzētajam mērķim un atbilstoša kopšana, nepieciešamības gadījumā veikts specializēts remonts, izmantojot oriģinālās rezerves daļas, kā arī šim nolūkam apmācīta personāla veikti profilakses darbi, ņemot vērā ražotāja ieteikumus.

Atbilstošas profilakses pierādījumus sniedz klients, vai persona, kura izmanto rotaļu rīku. Garantija neattiecas uz ekspluatācijas nolietojumu, tīšiem bojājumiem vai vandālisma aktiem, nepārvaramas varas apstākļu (force majeure) ietekmi, neprofesionāli veiktu montāžu, montāžu, kura neatbilst ražotāja montāžas instrukcijai, kā arī nepietiekamā mērā veiktu profilaksi un/vai ierīces kopšanu, neievērojot SIA „Jūrmalas Mežaparki” priekšrakstus. Pamatotu garantijas pretenziju gadījumā SIA „„Jūrmalas Mežaparki”” ir tiesības veikt defektu novēršanu pēc saviem ieskatiem. Līguma laušana vai cenas samazinājuma prasības šo garantijas saistību dēļ ir izslēgtas. Tomēr likumīgās tiesības saistībā ar atbildību par defektiem paliek spēkā.
