There are also several cellular repair training schools located across the country. Some technicians even buy broken devices to learn how to fix them on their own through trial-and-error.

Learning basic troubleshooting tips makes all the difference for technicians, as many issues can be completely resolved with a simple soft reset or an easy troubleshoot. You can learn many helpful troubleshooting tips and tricks from the eTech Parts blog.
