has going on in 2023, last year looks like a cakewalk.
At the end of last year the chef purchased the building formerly occupied by Pier 77 and The Ramp (at 77 Pier Road in Cape Porpoise) and his dreams for the space will be realized this spring.
Upstairs: Ultramar, seafood grill and a raw bar, not to mention killer views. It takes its name from the mythical place European sailors sought for centuries, one where the ocean would bring them untold riches.
Open for dinner, the new space will be handicap accessible and have an expanded bar. It will be helmed by Chef Alejandro Crespo.
“He’s a friend,” Lucarelli said. “He’s very passionate about food and we have the same ideas and approach to seafood.”
Downstairs, Lucarelli will create Casa Seventy Seven Osteria, open for lunch and dinner.

“It’s about comfort food,” he said, “having a good time with friends.”
And while the two restaurants will occupy the space in the building, he has a third treat planned on-site: Dos Elenas, a gelato and ice cream truck,
