As summer is ending and the welcome of September, it is the best time to embrace the change and personal growth that will take place during such time. This new season is so much more than saying goodbye to summertime BBQs and pool days; it is essential to reevaluate your short and long-term goals, change your mindset, and make realistic but practical goals that you will be able to achieve.
I am freshly walking into age forty-nine, aka forty fine *smile*, and I want to embrace this new year while also reflecting on the last year and how I have adapted to change and made some tough choices that had to be done for my quest for inner peace and happiness.
Another lesson to be learned is that the leaves are going to show us how to let dead shit go and as the reminder that not only is change good, but it is a part of life. Just like those leaves, it will encourage you to let go of what is no longer serving you but be optimistic for what the next chapter brings and never regret the things you endured as they may have broken your heart, but they opened your eyes and for that TAKE THAT WIN!
OGC CREAM is a threefold threat to the entertainment business. He is an actor, rapper, and author. He is applying pressure and has no thoughts of letting up anytime soon. Hailing from North Carolina, he is on his grind and making a name for himself. Anthony Langston, the writer, was born while incarcerated, and Langston could pen over a dozen novels that would come to the screen sooner rather than later. Still, this new author just released his debut novel Love Is Illusion, and the film of the same name is in production starring Mimi Faust, D'Kia Anderson, Head Krack, and Dana Dane. You know him on the big screen, as he had the opportunity to work alongside Lance Gross in Dutch 2 and Dutch 3, which are currently streaming on BET+. The music brings everything full circle, as the rapper says he is inspired by the late 2Pac and Biggie, not putting himself in one category and remaining stagnant. He credits 50 Cent, Master P, and Jay Z, all rappers and successful businesspeople.
As music is therapy for many, it resonates with Langston's only escape was music where he could get lost in the music and memories of good times during his incarceration and once a free man, he was determined to turn those dreams into realities as all he has was time, pen, paper and his thoughts. His latest single, C.R.E.A.M, tells how we were all hurting financially as we lived in uncertain times during the pandemic, not knowing what would happen next. People were out of work, and the struggle was real. COVID-19 made us have to figure out a way to survive by any means necessary. Some hustled on the streets, others found their niche, and Wu-Tang Clan heavily influenced the song because cash rules everything around us. The goal for the new face and voice in entertainment is to do what it takes to promote the brand that will allow the entertainer to take care of himself while leaving a digital trail.
The term Fashion is used to describe the creation of clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, and jewelry; it is a sense of style. Fashion Rebelz is when you are willing to think outside the box with style and never afraid to be different.

The Best Is Yet To Come! The Best Is Yet To Come!
Originally hailing from the sunny shores of Redondo Beach, CA, Robyn Rose embarked on a journey to Detroit at 14. Surrounded by the vibrant world of theater and arts since childhood, Robyn's love for performance grew into a fiery passion. Her impressive career boasts appearances in 18 films, with a standout leading role in the short film "Closure," which garnered accolades at over 20 film festivals. Notable wins include the Best Love Story award at the prestigious New York International Film Festival and the esteemed Cannes Indies Cinema recognition. Robyn's exceptional talent has not gone unnoticed.
Robyn has solidified her reputation for her transformative performances, particularly in her breakout lead supporting role as Lennon in "Paper Heart," where she is lauded for her ability to embody her characters authentically. Her latest project, "Last Date," in which she takes on the lead role, has quickly become a fan favorite, receiving glowing reviews With her undeniable talent and growing success, Robyn has carved out her place in the industry, with many predicting her imminent ascent to Hollywood stardom.
Beyond her on-screen accomplishments, Robyn's mission extends to inspiring and empowering young individuals to pursue their dreams with unwavering determination and self-belief Through her artistry, Robyn endeavors to instill a sense of courage and conviction in aspiring dreamers' hearts, encouraging them to trust their abilities.
Watching Robyn on the screen from her early work to her current role in Last Date, I can see the growth. Some actresses will get comfortable and not want to evolve, but you can see with each role that Robyn wanted to prove to the world and herself. Robyn's passion for film has been something she was attracted to all of her life; as a young child, she would act out scenes from her favorite movies and dream about becoming an actress, so the passion combined with determination, and she was destined for success.
With the pandemic happening and the world at a standstill for Robyn, she was hard at work at mastering her craft, and that paid off when she made her debut in a major film back in 2021, which marked a significant milestone in her career as it was her testimony that God played a MAJOR part in her success as his guidance granted her different opportunities to showcase her talent, it was her unwavering faith in her ability, she was able to see the growth.
As an actress, you do have to turn down some roles because every role is not for you, and as for Robyn, she too had to read the script in its entirety while searching for a connection or even an emotion that she could resonate with to bring the character to life. There were those instances where the storyline did not appeal to her or even intimate scenes she was uncomfortable with Many think those sex scenes are all fun and games. Still, one must be comfortable with oneself and another stranger and a cast and crew wanting you to make something look natural that isn't, so she has not regretted declining any roles as far as what is for her will be her faith leads her.
Robyn's acting style could be more specific, but she profoundly appreciates all film genres, whether drama, comedy, suspense, thriller, or horror. She looks forward to exploring different genres and learning as much as possible while embracing diversity. Robyn believes there is a natural talent in acting, but some are made after extensive training and can refine their talent over time.
When asked what her proudest moment as an actress is, she credits the premiere of her latest film, Last Date, as the project was a fulfilling experience and just being able to be part of the process and witness the public's reception to the film was a gratifying moment for the actress and made her very happy to see the abundance of love and support regarding the film has Robyn feeling truly blessed.

Met her at an HBCU classic, and at the time, she had me convinced that she was a classy lady…based on how she dressed… But when we became acquainted, the discovery was in full effect like in court cases…
People will show you exactly who they are based on their patterns… I’m not one to quickly judge, but sometimes common sense is like a lantern that illuminates amid pitch-blackness…
I had my doubts about her but indulged her when time permitted. One day, we stopped to get gas, and she came out of the store with a bag full of Sugar Daddies.
For me, this is how reality admitted…the truth… She looked at me and said, “You know this is my favorite candy…hint…” And I said, “I hope you find what you ’ re looking for because my pockets are full of lent…” We never spoke again after that day…
The Dating Game: More Of The Same, Everything The Dating Game: More Of The Same, Everything Done Changed, And Whose To Blame? Done Changed, And Whose To Blame?
In recent years, we have seen a proliferation of styles and mindsets regarding how it should be handled, who should be initiated, what the roles are, and how they should be figured out We have heard from the late Kevin Samuels to April Mason to Demona Hoffman to Esther Perle and many people in between and of lesser reach than them. Each one offers a unique perspective on the interaction between men and women regarding dating, building relationships, and successful marriages if that's the goal. Many people find gems in what each one has to say, and in many cases, heated debates arise out of who has the best information and what makes the most sense. Podcasts are dedicated to male and female interaction and the best course of action As a Certified Relationship Coach, I have my own unique and practical approach to how people can initiate and maintain or even recover healthy relationships In light of the many conversations that have been had, I would like to offer my unique and efficient view of how to navigate modern-day relationships.
Despite what many people feel at the table, it is not a table or a particular person. The table is the symbolic and figurative meeting place where everybody's skills, talents, and drive to see the relationship flourish is placed All this talk of a singular individual being at the table is ridiculously flawed and selfish Think of the table as where everyone in the relationship eats from Whatever you bring makes the relationship grow, thrive, and evolve.
#2:
Similar to the table, this is not any one person. The prize is what everybody benefits from in terms of the relationship Therefore, it is the relationship itself That is the prize, that's what you win Nobody wins a prize just for free It is the result of the beneficial aspects of what you contribute to We just finished watching the Olympics. Every medal resulted from the individual's hard work and dedication to their craft. Regarding the context of relationships, that is the craft of what you are pouring yourself into. If the table is where everyone eats from, the prize is what you get as a result. What happens when you eat well? Your body performs optimally, and you can better tackle what life brings. The relationship is the "prize" because you can enjoy the things you helped build and better navigate life's ups and downs together
#3: Relationship "Roles"
This is an area in particular that people need to take on a case-by-case basis. Your roles in a relationship are relative to who you are as an individual, and you should be able to find somebody who is complimentary to that. For example, my father was raised to believe that men were supposed to handle the finances, except for the fact that he sucked at it On the other hand, my mother keeps records better than the Library of Congress, so when it came time for them to handle finances accurately and keep good records, he learned how to yield that to her and then learned from her. At the same time, she did what naturally occurred to her. The relationship is just that; you're there to RELATE to each other. Not just out of your commonalities but mainly out of your differences. You are to learn from what is not your strong suit. Hopefully, you are with somebody who is complimentary in an area where you are not; thus, you two learn from each other. #4: Intentions
For this one, I'm going to keep it simple Your intentions are your goals for being within the confines of a relationship. If your goal is to find somebody to have fun with, and you can accurately define the meaning of fun for you, which is all you want, then that's what you should present out there. I'm sure somebody out there can accommodate you in that regard, as long as it's an authentic want/need. You have to be honest with yourself about what you want. If not, you are automatically setting yourself up for disappointment. Please do not be ashamed to say what you truly want! If you want to smash, there are people out there who want to smash AND are in line with your aesthetics! REAL TALK! Suppose you want a long-lasting and fruitful relationship that's full of healthy communication and being able to enjoy each other's presence. In that case, there's somebody out there for that who will tickle your fancy. Again, you have to be honest with yourself about what you want and develop the relevant level of quality communication and comprehension skills necessary to convey that to people. We're not mind readers, none of us!
While discussing the current dating scene and offering my perspective on how we can improve it, you should take some of these tips and make them your own. These will help improve your odds of finding whatever it is that you're looking for and being able to enjoy it.
Lovie Yancey lived from 1912–2008 the Black American founder of the Fatburger restaurant chain. Lovie Yancey was born in Bastrop, Texas, on January 3, 1912, one of eight children of Clayborn and Minnie Yancey.
Very little is known about her early life in Texas. Yancey and Rawlings Colquitt Green had a daughter, Gwendolyn Green, in 1931. Yancey and her daughter moved to Los Angeles in the mid-1940s. At thirty-five, she and her friend, Charles Simpson, decided to partner in a business venture. Simpson built a three-stool hamburger stand on Western Avenue, near Jefferson Boulevard in South Central Los Angeles in 1947, with scrap materials from his place of employment. They called the business Mr. Fatburger.
That first burger stand became so successful that Yancey and Simpson opened three more locations over the next five years. In 1952, when the two decided to end their partnership, Simpson and his wife took control of Mr. Fatburger's other locations while Yancey retained ownership of the original business.
She dropped the "Mr." and the original Fatburger was born. From the beginning, Yancey was a daily part of the business. She worked up to sixteen hours daily to ensure things ran smoothly and the burgers were cooked "just right."
In 1973, Yancey opened a Fatburger on La Cienaga Boulevard in Beverly Hills, a popular place for entertainers such as the comedian Redd Foxx, singer Ray Charles, and others to custom order their burgers. By 1980, Yancey began to grow the business through local franchising, and by the end of 1985, the chain had over fifteen franchise sites throughout southern California. In 1986, Fatburger was named number five among Entrepreneur magazine's fastest-growing burger franchise chains in its annual Franchise 500 list, trailing behind McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's.
Over the years, Fatburger has been immortalized in songs, movies, and TV shows, including the sitcom Sanford and Son, The Fast and the Furious, and the Ice Cube single, "It Was a Good Day." Fatburger even made Late Night Talk host David Letterman's Top 10 list of things he'd miss most about leaving Los Angeles. Eventually, Yancy encouraged celebrities, including Queen Latifah, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams, to open Fatburger franchises.
Beyond her Fatburger legacy, Yancey also established a $1.7-million endowment at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California, in 1986 for research into sickle-cell anemia. She created the endowment in dedication to her twenty-two-yearold grandson, Duran Farrell, who had died of the disease three years earlier. Lovie Yancey died of pneumonia on January 26, 2008, at the age of ninety-six, at the Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She is survived by her daughter, Gwen.
NYPD Detectives Kirk and Dawkins were pursuing Chet French, aka Big Frenchie, a smalltime armed robber who did some time for aggravated assault. He stepped up to the big time when he robbed Mama’s Country Kitchen, one of The Family’s gambling houses, killing the houseman and four civilians in the process. When Mike Black and Bobby Ray take a personal interest and start asking questions, the bodies begin to pile up.
When the unthinkable happens, the entire Family was pushed to the brink of a war they didn’t want to fight. The only way to avoid blood in the street is for Kirk and Dawkins to find the people responsible before Black and Rain Robinson do.

Helen Folasade Adu was born in Ibadan, Nigeria. Her father was Nigerian, a university economics teacher; her mother was an English nurse. The couple met in London while he was studying at the LSE, and they moved to Nigeria shortly after getting married. When their daughter was born, nobody locally called her by her English name, and a shortened version of Folasade stuck. Then, when she was four, her parents separated, and her mother brought Sade and her elder brother back to England, where they initially lived with their grandparents just outside Colchester, Essex.
Sade grew up listening to American soul music, notably the wave led in the 1970s by artists such as Curtis Mayfield, Donny Hathaway, and Bill Withers. As a teenager, she saw the Jackson 5 at the Rainbow Theatre in Finsbury Park, London, where she worked behind the bar at weekends. “I was more fascinated by the audience than anything on the stage. They’d attracted kids, mothers with children, old people, white, black. I was moved. That’s the audience I’ve always aimed for”.
Music was not her first choice as a career She studied fashion at St Martin’s School Of Art in London and only began singing after two old friends with a fledgling group approached her to help them with the vocals.
Surprisingly, she found that while the singing made her nervous, she enjoyed writing songs. Two years later, she overcame her stage fright and regularly sang back up with a North London Latin funk band called Pride. “I used to get on stage with Pride, like, shaking. I was terrified. But I was determined to try my best, and I decided that if I were going to sing, I would sing the way I speak because it’s essential to be yourself..

-Even though I'm a die-hard Laker fan, I am not what you call a huge LeBron fan, but I acknowledge his greatness.
-This is MY analysis, which may or may not jibe with your analysis, and that is quite alright...
Yes, Steph Curry caught fire and lifted Team USA over France in the gold medal game. He was hot in the semi-final and scored a team-high 36 points during that matchup against Serbia When it mattered the most, Steph was hardest to guard, as he usually is whenever he's in his zone. However, LeBron was the glue that held Team USA together. During this Olympiad, LeBron's play was reminiscent of Magic Johnson but with explosiveness (and no, he's not in his 20s anymore, but still).
Big guard scoring, rebounding, assisting, and playing defense. And if you think about it, he was a necessary decoy for Steph to be Steph. Although Steph can create his shot, if LeBron is not tossing him the rock, he's setting him up by drawing the defense toward him.
In this Eurocentric style era, a big, powerful guard is needed to be in the best position to succeed. Consider it: LeBron was/is always a triple threat, NO MATTER WHAT. He could bulldoze the defender, take him to the rack, and drive, kick, or shoot the 3 Even though he played the role of controller/enforcer, none of those above were forced. He did them as the opportunities presented themselves. Not only did he set Steph up, but also KD and others. That could be why Jason Tatum's minutes were reduced.
If you will beat the best European teams, you will have to beat them at their own game. A point forward with point guard skills and a powerful running back mentality was needed for the US to win the gold, and LeBron was him. There's no disrespect against Jason, BUT he's the NBA champion for a reason

STEPH CURRY’S WIFE AND MOM GET PUSHED TO THE SIDE.
When I first read this story, there was nothing but outrage. I was mad about the French police hitting Steph Curry's son in the head. I was mad about the French police blocking Ayesha and Sonya Curry from getting to their car following the gold medal victory. And I was angry that even with Draymond Green stepping in and trying to help, there still wasn't much that was done. After all that, I'm still pissed about all those things. But there's another side to this story. Let's explore it.
Let's think about some of the American presidents from the past. I'm talking about Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and even the Orange Avenger himself, Donald Trump. When their motorcades reach an area, that entire area is shut down. Traffic is backed up for miles, civilians and tourists line up the blocks for pictures, and there is no movement. If that's the case here, I wonder why people think it's different in other countries.
Steph Curry was a vital reason Team USA won the gold medal game. He hit four threes in the fourth quarter alone and closed the door for a potential comeback by France. He was celebrated with LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and the rest of the U.S. Men's Basketball team. But, just like here in America, that doesn't place them above figures that hold positions of power. In this case, the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, is the figure that holds that power. It was his job to host this year's Summer Olympic games; from what I saw, he did a hell of a job. From sport to sport, Emmanuel made his rounds and let his presence be known. Nothing stopped him from viewing the final basketball game that would determine the gold medal winner for the men. Although his guys lost, he remained a figure of support. Much like Ayesha Curry (Steph Curry's wife) and Sonya Curry (Steph Curry's mother) did for Steph.
After watching the team receive their gold medals, the plan was to meet Steph with the team and other supporters at the afterparty. But much like here in America, when the president moves, everything stops. Emmanuel Macron and his motorcade drove through the same area where the Curry's were walking and trying to get to their cars. It's reported that at that time, the French police on duty in the area were very aggressive with Ayesha and Sonya, most likely not knowing who they were. What pisses me off the most about the way the French police moved was the aggressive force they used in grabbing Ayesha and her infant baby boy. That was unnecessary and not called for, even if you need to figure out who the person is.
Situations like these happen all the time. The only difference is that this is a celebrity's wife and mother. On top of that, with this happening in France instead of the U.S., the hype reached even higher heights. In the end, there were faults on both sides. The French Police hold much more of the fault than the Currys do, but one would argue the other side of the fence. When it comes to Presidents, Prime Ministers, Dictators, or even the Pope, the nation stops when they come through. Whether you're an athlete, actor, entertainer, or a regular civilian doesn't matter. They pass through, and then the world returns to regularly scheduled programming. Don't get mad at the messenger, fam. That's how it's been for years, and there's yet to be a vision of it changing. That's the word for this month. I'll catch y'all in October.

My Thoughts: I avoided as many spoilers as possible before on Saturday morning. And it was worth it! This was the funniest, and most outrageous Deadpool movie. From the scene, I was shocked at what "they," I mean what Deadpool doing. Nothing is off limits... except Bolivian marching snowboarding, disco dust, White Girl Interrupted, Forrest B snowman-building. I love how they made everything that happe Deadpool 1 & 2 matter.
All the callbacks made sense and made his world feel real. A of Deadpool is a man willing to do anything to save his fam pathos and heart are there. This was just as much a Loganstory as it was Deadpool's. This Wolverine is very different one we know from the X-Men films... or is he? He's Wolverine, but he has all the pathos and nobility of the ot Jackman Wolverine.
The cameos in this film are glorious! And it's not just c cameo sake. Each one makes sense. Even making fun of som things comic book nerds complain about. " Comic book accur show how dumb it would look in live-action. They use the established Marvel logic with the TVA to pull this off flawl jokes are hilarious, and Deadpool rips Marvel, Disney, DCEU mercilessly and even points out the mixed reacti current MCU Multiverse Saga.
The fight scenes are bananas! Deadpool and Wolverine go at bloody ferocity like their comic book counterparts. The mini is crazy!!! Wolverine in his yellow suit is fantastic, and during his fighting scenes are nuts! If you're a Marvel fan, most Marvely MCU movie since Spider-Man, No Way H Endgame. If you're a fan of the Deadpool films, this is everyt want. If you're not a Deadpool fan, it sucks to be you. I al my tickets to see this again on Monday. This film is going to the money! (Billions) I highly recommend this film.
According to the International Center for Reiki Training, "Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes healing It is administered by 'laying on hands' and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's 'life force energy' is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy." The word Reiki means universal life force energy and is derived from the Japanese words (Rei), which means "Universal Life," and (Ki), which means "Energy," and this life force energy flows within all living things. Reiki Practitioners believe that each person has an innate ability to heal themselves (and others) by accessing the Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is not a religious practice but a spiritual healing practice.
The history of Usui Reiki begins with its founder, Dr Mikao Usui, who was born to a wealthy Japanese Buddhist family in 1865. As a student, Dr. Usui had an interest in medicine, psychology, and theology, and it was this interest that prompted him to seek a way to heal himself and others using the laying on of hands. He desired to find a healing method unattached to any specific religion to make his system accessible to everyone Reiki is now widely accepted and utilized in prestigious hospitals and healing institutions.
Reiki is often used in combination with traditional medical treatments to induce calm before medical procedures, relieve side effects, and promote recovery. Other uses for Reiki are to:
Facilitate peace and balance the body, mind, and spirit
Relax, calm, and de-stress the body and mind.
Remove energy blockages.
Clear the body of toxins and support the immune system.
Aid concentration, clear thinking, and focus
Encourage sleep.
Promote spiritual growth.
Facilitate the body's ability to heal itself.
Reiki works well with other holistic treatments such as aromatherapy, sound healing, crystal therapy, massage therapy, and meditation.
A person becomes a Reiki Practitioner by learning the requisite Reiki symbols and receiving a series of "Reiki Attunements" administered by a Reiki Master (someone who has attained the third level of Reiki attunements and symbols). There are three levels of Reiki Practitioner: The Level1 Reiki Practitioner administers Reiki using a hands-on or hands-above-the-body technique; the Level 2 Reiki Practitioner administers Reiki utilizing both a hands-on and distant healing method; the Level 3 Reiki Practitioner administers Reiki using a hands-on and distant healing process and, at this level, can render Reiki attunements to those desiring to become Reiki Practitioners
Reiki is considered a safe, simple, and natural holistic treatment, and the recipients of Reiki have reported miraculous results. Reiki is believed to be effective in relieving most illnesses and disorders.

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson is never one to bite his tongue. He is more than a rapper, actor, or entrepreneur; he is also a social media enthusiast. If you follow him on Instagram, you will see that he will discuss anything, and nothing is off limits- especially his dislike for Sean "Diddy" Combs. In a recent interview that Jackson did, he discussed the tense relationship he has had with Combs over the years.
"I didn't ever party or hang out with him," the rapper said." Puff is a businessperson; when (people call him) a producer, I see people that were taken advantage of, who produced things that he took from them,"
Jackson is currently producing a Netflix documentary on Diddy, and many think it is a jab at the troubled Combs, but it is information that needs to be shared. It is similar to all the millions of viewers who tuned in to watch Surviving R. Kelly. There were some things we knew about, whereas some were mouth-dropping shocking. "He got the credit. He's not a producer. He's been able to take advantage of the business and its creatives, and I don't have any interest in doing that. I fall under the creative. So I didn't take to hanging out with that."
When asked why some in Hollywood have remained silent, Jackson spoke his truth. "Some of them were involved at the parties and enjoyed themselves, so they don't know what was being filmed," 50 Cent said. "So they won't say anything because they might have had too much fun. And then you've got other people who look and go, 'Well, that's not my business, and I don't want to be in it."
Jackson also went further to say that everything Combs says is a lie. Alluding to the CNN video of Combs and Cassie, the rapper added that "with all the influence and power you have, the person you're with is supposed to want to be a part of your life, not be forced." He said those with power in the situation "let him get away with it."

The 44-yearold said, "Just doing without, it shifted my mindset," Mýa shared her journey. "It was no longer a focus. The rush to be in a relationship, the rush to be married, the rush to be in something because that's what you're taught to do to have kids or procreate. And I think there's a lot of pressure on women to be able to do that."

T-Pain signed his first record deal at 18, but he became a multi-millionaire following the massive success of his song, "I'm Sprung", back in 2005. Due to the single's success, T-Pain secured a record deal with Jive Records, which gave him a 40 million dollar advance. Still, the deal also included a 15/85 split in favor of Jive Records, and at the time he signed this contract, he did not know any better.
He hadn't noticed that he mishandled things until 2022 when people were interested in purchasing his catalog. Today, T-Pain is much wiser and more intelligent as he has better control over his finances and does not solely depend on his popular hits and collaborations as he has dived into the gaming industry. T-Pain said he earns between $50,000 and $60,000 per hour from the comfort of his home. Now, he refuses to leave his house to perform for less than that amount.

The lawsuit states that 2 Chainz invested 1.5 million dollars and could withdraw 110% of his investment with a 30-day notice. However, when 2 Chainz decided to withdraw in May 2022, the company allegedly failed to uphold its promise, the lawsuit mentioned.
