The dynamic nature of fluidity in architecture ensures new and creative ideas aiming to bring a change in the world; The flexibility aspect governs the fact that a particular design can change and is perceived by the users differently. Form follows function has always been a traditional approach where the designs are formulated by giving proper functions to each space and the form is designed after that.

Site plan of LUOVA SCHOOL OF DESIGN is based on the concept of integrating the various block together in a symbiotic manner which is relevant to the the concept of the design. the landsaping ground covers connects the buildings/ blocks.

Architecturally, a mixed-use development often features a combination of buildings or structures, each serving a specific purpose. The design principles aim to promote walkability, connectivity, and a sense of place. Here are some key architectural elements commonly found in mixed-use developments:

Seaside Haven residence at Injambakkam is a compact and functional dwelling designed, combines contemporary aesthetics with practicality, offering a comfortable and efficient living environment for the family of four. The architecture embraces a modern and minimalist style, incorporating clean lines and a harmonious blend of materials.
The ground floor encompasses the common living spaces, including an open-plan living room, dining area, and a wellequipped kitchen. Large windows and glass doors allow ample natural light to flood the interior, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Ascending to the upper floor, you will find the private quarters of the residents. It consists of three bedrooms, designed to provide comfort and privacy. The master bedroom includes an attached ensuite bathroom, Each bedroom offers sufficient space for relaxation and storage, and large windows provide pleasant views and ventilation. NORTH
The modern residence with a minimalistic exterior and extravagant interior is a design that combines sleek and simple lines on the outside with luxurious and opulent features on the inside. This architectural style creates a striking contrast between the understated facade and the lavishness within.
The main living areas feature a mix of high-quality materials, such as marble, hardwood flooring, and polished surfaces. The walls are typically kept neutral or adorned with subtle textures, allowing the architectural details and focal points to shine. LED lighting fixtures are strategically placed to enhance the ambiance and highlight specific areas or artworks.
The entertainment areas within the residence are a testament to its extravagance. A dedicated home theater room boasts cutting-edge audio-visual technology and plush seating for an immersive cinematic experience.
Upon entering the residence, you are greeted by a grand foyer that sets the tone for the extravagant interior. The open-concept layout and generous spaces create a sense of airiness and flow throughout the home. High ceilings and abundant natural light contribute to the overall feeling of luxury and spaciousness.

Some of the most important needs for construction labourers like proper shelters were often neglected. As a result, they were forced to live in unsafe, unsanitised temporary shelters either provided by their employers or by themselves.
The ideas was to fuse the concept of Collapsibility with mobility, as collapsibilty enhances the efficiency in mobility of the unit. The terrain of the site also plays a crucial role in the overal efficiency of the unit ,hence it has been given prime importance in the design, and also it
The configuration provided will make them feel connected to each other by making interactive spaces in the clustering and altering the configurations to adapt to the socializing aspect of the users.
A single unit has been actually designed to serve as a dwelling unit. This can be expanded on the back side to get more room for var ious purposes.
The configuration and satility of these shelters prove that these structures can be helpful in enhancing the units in a community where people from various states found it very difficult to socialize that the job makes them very engaged in the actual work itself and forces them to take rest and spend those free times be taking rest.
