Indemnity Declaration I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms in relation to my participation in the TechScape 2026 event hosted by Pinnacle Micro (Pty) Ltd (“Pinnacle”):

1. Voluntary Participation I confirm that my participation in TechScape is voluntary and subject to invitation and qualification criteria as communicated by Pinnacle.

2. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in travel, training, and recreational activities may involve certain risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to travel-related incidents, personal injury, or property loss.

3. Indemnity I indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and service providers from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from my participation in the TechScape event.

4. Travel Documentation I confirm that I hold a valid passport (with at least six (6) months before expiration) and will comply with all travel and visa requirements. I understand that failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the incentive.

5. Medical and Insurance Responsibility I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own medical insurance and any health-related costs incurred during the event.

6. Data Consent I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by Pinnacle in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the POPI Act, for the purposes of event administration and communication.

7. Non-Transferability I understand that the incentive is non-transferable, carries no cash value, and may not be substituted.

8. Disqualification I acknowledge that Pinnacle reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the campaign guidelines or misrepresents information.
