TechScape 2026 External Particiapants Terms and Conditions (Clients, Resellers, Vendors)
Overview TechScape is an exclusive incentive and learning experience hosted by Pinnacle Micro (Pty) Ltd (“Pinnacle”), aimed at rewarding top-performing partners and fostering stronger business relationships. By opting in via the designated registration process (LawTrust), participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility and Qualification o Participation is limited to invited Pinnacle resellers, clients, and vendors. o A minimum of 90% of the sales target must be achieved to qualify. o Only sales within the incentive period and of specified products/brands will be considered. o Sales to or from specific customer categories will only qualify if explicitly included in the campaign. o Sales credited after the incentive period will not qualify. o All incentive results must be submitted to Pinnacle for verification and audit purposes. 2. Incentive Details o The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carries no cash value. o If a winner is unable to attend, the prize may be awarded to the runner-up. o Winners will be selected based on the highest percentage over target achieved. o Winners will be notified via email and agree to have their name and company name published. 3. Vendor-Specific Process o Vendors will opt in and sign electronically via LawTrust. o Participation is subject to Pinnacle Management approval and may be revoked at any time.
4. Indemnity and Liability o All participants must sign an indemnity form during registration. o Pinnacle and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. o Participants are responsible for their own travel documentation (passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date). 5. Data and Privacy o Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Pinnacle’s Privacy Policy and the POPI Act. 6. General Provisions o Management reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign without notice. o Pinnacle is not liable for any misinterpretation of the incentive or its terms. o This exclusive incentive is for Channel partners only. Retail, E-commerce, and Sub-Ds are excluded from participation. o Any/all disputes must be directed to the relevant account manager.
