Pumping Prosperity: KBL Powers Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station

Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) takes immense pride in contributing to the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station, a greenfield project located in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh. We have delivered five robust Concrete Volute Pumps (CVPs), along with utility pumps (KPD and RKB), critical for the plant’s operational efficiency.

The Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station, with a planned capacity of 1600 MW (4x800 MW) is a coal-based thermal power plant and plays a pivotal role in meeting the region’s growing energy demands and ensuring a stable power supply. With its high-capacity output, it aims to provide reliable electricity to industries, businesses and households, enhancing energy security while reducing dependency on external sources. Additionally, the incorporation of advanced technologies ensures greater efficiency and lower emissions, supporting environmental sustainability.

By supporting projects like NTPC Gadarwara, KBL continues to drive progress, power development and promote sustainable growth for the region and the nation.
