Transparent communication and responsible sourcing are core values that guide our every action.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the assembly line mentality of business: manufacture pumps, deliver pumps and move on to the next order. Although this approach might seem efficient, our experience has taught us a fundamental truth: our machines, no matter how advanced, are merely tools. The true value lies in the trust and relationships we build with those who use them. With every pump we install, we go beyond mere transactions, forging meaningful, trust-based relationships that create a lasting impact on people’s lives.
In this edition of Cascade, we explore the transformative power of relationships and how trust bridges the gap between our expertise and
success. I invite you to dive into stories that celebrate the spirit of KBL— a realm of innovation, collaboration and trust. Each page offers something new and engaging, inspiring you along the way.
In the Product Launch section, discover advancements born from the synergy between our brilliant engineers and industry partners. These innovations are a testament to the trust we’ve built with our collaborators. Be inspired by the remarkable achievements highlighted in the Success Stories section, where we celebrate milestones that underscore not just technological triumphs but also the strong client relationships that made them possible. These stories illustrate how trust fuels our journey of excellence. The Customer Engagement section exemplifies the human connections that set KBL apart, connections built on a solid foundation of trust and nurtured through meaningful relationships. Finally, the Employee Engagement section reveals the heart of KBL— our dedicated and creative team, thriving in a vibrant and dynamic workplace founded on mutual trust.
As you turn the final page, let the stories within Cascade inspire you to reflect on the power of trust and collaboration in your endeavours. Remember, the most innovative machines are nothing without the human connections that fuel their creation and success.

Our group company, Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited (KEPL) is proud to announce the successful execution of 16 API pump packages for the Paradip-Numaligarh Crude Oil Pipeline (PNCPL). The installation of pumps from Paradip to Numaligarh, marks a significant milestone in India’s energy infrastructure development
The PNCPL, spearheaded by Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL), is a critical project aimed at expanding NRL’s capacity from 3 to 9 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA). This expansion is essential for meeting India’s increasing demand for petroleum products. A new crude oil pipeline has been developed to support this capacity enhancement, stretching 1,630 kilometers and encompassing four stations across multiple states.
The collaboration between KEPL and NRL significantly contributed to the successful outcome of this extensive project. The scope of KEPL’s contribution included supplying and installing 16 high-performance crude oil handling pumps as a part of one of the longest crude oil pipeline
projects in India. This project stands out as one of the most complex and critical specifications successfully undertaken by KEPL including High Torque (HT) drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Leak Detection Systems (LOS), Monitoring and Management Systems (MMS) as well as the integration of various state-of-the-art monitoring systems.
The successful execution of the PNCPL Project demonstrates KEPL’s expertise and reliability in handling large-scale, complex infrastructure projects in the industry.
Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) continues its significant contribution to the Narmada-Kshipra Link Multipurpose Project, led by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to transform Ujjain and Shajapur districts by supplying 15 state-of-the-art VT pumps. The main objective of this project is to address water scarcity in the upper Chambal basin by distributing water for irrigation to 30,000 hectares of land using efficient canal systems that minimise wastage.
These VT pumps facilitate water transfer between Narmada and Kshipra rivers, support hydropower generation and promote industrial growth while advancing clean energy initiatives. KBL remains committed to advancing India’s infrastructure goals and fostering socio-economic progress.
