A Message From Our CEO In the GTA we had a long run of a seller’s market and rising prices. Now with a 6.8% inflation rate, the government has continued to raise interest rates to curb inflation. This is reflected in the real estate market with a lower number of sales and a drop in prices across the board. Contrary to most of what the media is writing, we are heading into a sustainable and balanced market. Yes, remember the good old days. When buying and selling a home was not in a frenzy. Kirby Chan & Co. SOLD Story - Linda and her family at 26 Cedarcrest Crescent
When John’s mother Linda was moving into a retirement residence, they made the tough decision to sell her long time home.
