Welcome to the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach. We are delighted to share this special experience with you.
As Co-Chairs of this year’s Show House, it is a privilege to help bring this beloved event to life. Now in its ninth year, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach continues to celebrate exceptional design while advancing an extraordinary mission—bringing together leading interior designers, architects, and landscape architects in support of a greater cause.
For the first time in Palm Beach, the Show House is expanding its vision and doubling its canvas. This year’s showcase features two distinct residences along North Flagler Drive, each offering a unique interpretation of Palm Beach living. Anchoring the event is 3410 North Flagler Drive, known as The Intracoastal House—a classic “Old Florida”–style waterfront home with sweeping water views and resort-inspired amenities. With approximately 4,500 square feet of living space, a private dock, and a pool, the home offers designers an expansive and inspiring setting where seamless indoor-outdoor living takes center stage.
Just across the street, The Palm Cottage introduces a more intimate counterpoint. This charming residence reflects Palm Beach’s relaxed elegance, offering guests a warm, personal, and residential-scale design experience. The impact of the Show House extends far beyond its walls. Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County—organizations dedicated to creating opportunity, confidence, and brighter futures for children and families.

Proceeds from the Show House benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. These funds are invested in the well-being of upwards of 40,000 youngsters aged 6 to 18. We provide empowerment programs in key areas including the Arts; Sports, Fitness and Recreation; Character and Leadership Development; Education and Career Development and Emotional Health throughout both organizations.
We continue to exemplify what it means to BEKB — always showing up for yourself and for others. It means making friends and encouraging each one toward their potential. It means arriving with optimism and leaving Kips Bay as a stronger, kinder and smarter individual.
Anne Mott was a long-term member of the Board of Trustees. She believed in the value of education and was a generous supporter of our scholarship fund. Her passing has left an undeniable absence. However, she lives on through her legacy and her family’s commitment to scholarship recipients. We have rightfully renamed the scholarship fund to The Anne and Charlie Mott Scholarship Fund in memory of Anne Mott and appreciation of her husband, Charlie Mott.

One of our fastest growing initiatives is our Scholarship Program, which aims to support our youth in pursuing their academic and career goals by providing them with tuition support. In today’s challenging landscape of high tuition costs and disparities in our education system, many deserving young individuals face significant obstacles to achieving their academic dreams. The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has built a remarkable team-up with the New York Yankees, one rooted in generosity, celebration, and unforgettable opportunities for its members.
Each year, the Yankees provide a foundation grant. They also provide Kips Bay with a luxury suite at Yankee Stadium. But this hot ticket is about more than just an evening of baseball. This invaluable gift serves as the underpinning for one of the organization’s key fundraising efforts. It’s an opportunity to rally support and raise crucial revenue that helps sustain the Club’s programs.
Winter Wonderland is yet another way the Yankees give back, by providing a magical seasonal celebration. Each Kips Bay member receives a ticket to Yankee Stadium, where they get to explore the ballpark and soak in the festive atmosphere. It’s a moment of pure joy and gratitude, a reminder that the spirit of the season is alive and well in the Bronx.
The Yankees don’t stop there. The team is always dreaming new ways to provide even more. Kips Bay members were granted with a once-in-a-lifetime experience on the field. This year, during the home games of the championship series, two young members had the honor of delivering the game ball to home plate. The lucky kids took center stage, walking onto the hallowed ground of Yankee Stadium to cameras flashing. With thousands of eyes watching, they carried the ball to the mound, handing it off to the designated individual who throws the first-pitch.
Whether it’s a holiday celebration, an unforgettable night at the ballpark, or a moment in the spotlight before a game, the Yankees continue to show up for Kips Bay, knocking it out of the park every time.

While each Show House brings fresh creative energy, the mission remains constant. Proceeds from the Show House benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County—organizations that provide critical resources, opportunity, and brighter futures for children and families. It is a privilege to be part of a community that channels creativity into meaningful impact.

Over the past ve decades, the highly anticipated New York Decorator Show House has grown into a must-see event for thousands of design enthusiasts. Every year the country’s most celebrated interior designers transform a luxury Manhattan townhouse into an elegant exhibition of extraordinary designs with ne furnishings, art, and technology. e event has become the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser, raising critical funds for much needed after-school and enrichment programs for children living in e Bronx, New York.
