KIPP FORWARD KIPP Forward is about more than college readiness and career preparation. It reflects KIPP DC’s commitment to walking alongside students as they plan for what comes next. Beginning in 9th grade, students receive college and career counseling to explore their interests, understand their options, and build a plan for their future. After graduation, that support continues through KIPP Forward, with advisors helping alumni navigate college, careers, and beyond. COLLEGE READINESS SUPPORT

FINANCIAL GUIDANCE & SUPPORT

Students prepare for college through campus visits, dual enrollment, SAT prep, financial aid guidance, and application support.

We help students navigate financial aid, scholarships, and unexpected costs. KIPP-specific emergency funding can also help alumni stay on track.

ADVISING FOR 6 YEARS AFTER GRADUATION

Alumni receive one-on-one advising for college, certifications, and other career paths, plus connections with fellow alumni and support through campus visits.
