Carving Station
Add the following hand-carved presentations to any of the dinner buffet options. Carved entrées count as one entrée selection. Carving fee is $200 for each item. The carving fee is per person in addition to the buffet pricing.

Levels of Table Service
Disposable, styrofoam dishware, plastic silverware, napkins and plastic glasses. All items are delivered to a specified location.
Buffet Service - Plastic
Clear plastic dishware, silverware, and disposable chafers for $3.00 extra per person.
Buffet Service - China
Full China service buffet style. This is an additional $5.00 per person.
Plated Service
Full china service plated. This is an additional $10.00 per person. Glassware provided if beverages are purchased. Based on service level.
Delivery Fee
A delivery fee will apply for events located outside of a 10 mile radius from the Courtyard Ankeny. The fee is calculated based on the distance from our location to the event site and will be added to the total catering cost. The radius fee is as follows: 10 mile radius of less - $0, each additional mile beyond 10 miles: $1.20 per mile.
