All blocks are courtesy with the Hampton Inn or the Radisson Coralville! We will never ask for you or the planner to guarantee a certain amount of rooms. You won’t be held responsible for any unreserved rooms in your block. RESERVATIONS MADE EASY! Guests get to book at their convenience! Once the block is set up, guests can call at their leisure to make their reservations. We also offer personalized booking links through the Hampton Inn for your wedding website. Rooms within the block are available up until one (1) month prior to your wedding. At this time, any unreserved rooms will be returned to our inventory for public consumption. DISCOUNTS ARE ALWAYS A WIN! Your guests will be guaranteed the negotiated discounted rate until one (1) month prior to your event. SAFE TRAVELS! We provide shuttle service to and from local venues. There are some stipulations to this service, so please inquire with our sales team for specifics; however, this is a great way to guarantee your guests get to and from your celebration safely and easily! ESTIMATES, GUESTIMATES! It’s tough to know exactly how many rooms to set aside for your guests. We use a tried and true system of estimating the best amount to start with, and we are always happy to add more if those fill up before the cut-off date! WHAT THE GUESTS GET! We offer the same great values and amenities at both of our Coralville hotels! Guests get to enjoy always free parking, free Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center, and on-site restaurant and lounge for dinner and drinks.
