Training Outline
1. Setting Up the Device
2. Using the Device
• Reusable, do NOT throw away
• Single-use + ready-to-use
Attaches directly to standard 5” canisters:
• Reusable, do NOT throw away
For larger 9” buckets: 9” Adapter
• Reusable, do NOT throw away
For narrower 4” canisters:
1. Remove lid of wipe canister.
2. Attach Lid, pressing down with even pressure from both hands to snap it in place.
1. Remove lid of wipe bucket.
2. Attach 9” Adapter and press down to snap into place.
3. Attach Lid onto 9” Adapter by pressing down until snug (you will not feel a “snap”). Step
1. Remove lid of narrow canister.
2. Attach Lid, pressing down with even pressure from both hands to snap it in place.
3. Place canister into 4” Adapter for stabilization, if needed
1. Press the two side buttons to unlock the Lid.
2. Gently lift the Lid upward.
3. Pull the first wipe out and lay it horizontally across the white roller.

Each Cartridge has enough color to last 1 bucket or 1-2 canisters.

2. Tear the wipe at a perforation.
1. Fold wipe in half so wipe fits in hand (important for applying even pressure).
2. Spread color as evenly as possible on surfaces.
3. If good wiping technique used with even force/pressure, color will fade completely to clear after 2-3 minutes. Step 3 Step 2
Step 1
Good technique requires even coverage and friction. Highlight can help train good habits – the color allows staff to ensure full coverage and evenly spreading the color (same shade, no darker streaks) enforces friction.
Good technique
Poor technique
Darker streaks
Missed coverage
Cause: If small streaks of color remain and the surface has completely dried:
• Poor wiping technique
• Highlight adhering to dirt/sticker residue
Solution:
• To wipe with good technique, fold wipe in half and spread color evenly
• Use elbow grease to remove dirt/sticker residue
• Any remaining color residue can be removed with an uncolored peroxide wipe
Cause: If none of the color fades and the surface has completely dried:
• Not using peroxide wipes (bleach, quat, etc.)
• Peroxide wipes have dried out
• Peroxide wipes have expired
Solution:
• Grab a fresh canister of peroxide wipes
Check expiration date
Cause: If color remains in crevices or the same parts of the surface repeatedly:
• Dirt/grime is stuck in crevices
• Surface is old/porous and absorbing color
Solution:
• Use elbow grease to remove dirt/grime and crevices will no longer stay blue
• If surface is porous, it may be harboring pathogens. Use blank peroxide wipes to remove color (see next slide)
1. It is common for staff to experience partial fading (small streaks) as they’re first learning to use the product. Don’t let them be discouraged!
2. Instruct them to disinfect room normally and allow time for color to fade away.
3. At the very end of disinfecting all surfaces (e.g. before mopping the floors), push side buttons to open Lid and grab a blank/uncolored peroxide wipe.
4. Do an inspection of the room, using the blank peroxide wipe to dab any small streaks away.
Tip: Using a blank peroxide wipe is the easiest way to remove any color.
1. After 5 minutes of inactivity, hanging wipes will get retracted back into the Lid to prevent drying out of the wipe.
Note: Simply press the “Dispense” button to get a new wipe (you do not need to open the Lid the thread the wipe again)
