Bursaries at Kingswood School
Kingswood School is committed to broadening access to the School for prospective pupils, as well as supporting current pupils. Assistance with the payment of school fees is available through means-tested financial assistance offered to parents/guardians who can demonstrate a genuine need for support. To apply for a bursary award, parents will be required to:
Complete an online application form, through Bursary+
Provide supporting documentation
Complete any additional requests for information
Bursaries will be reassessed annually. The Finance Department will contact all families in receipt of a bursary award to begin this process Awards may remain the same, increase or decrease and families should not assume that the level of award made in one year will remain the same in further year Full details of the School’s bursary policy can be found here: Bursaries
As a guide, we would expect the below to support any eligibility for a bursary award:
In a two parent household, both parents working unless prevented from doing so
Ownership of one property (with mortgage) or living in rented accommodation
Opportunity to release capital has already been realised
