As you exercise, you will mediate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe” All levels are welcome.
A combination of good long stretches and strengthening poses that will help you breathe and move into your day or evening with grace and gratitude. Good long stretches are done primarily on the floor and then we move to standing postures and flows to build strength. Toss in a few core building sequences and I'd say that's a great way to leave you feeling toned, strong and flexible. And finish with a nice long Savanasa for relaxation.
