IMPORTANT INFORMATION ALL LIBRARY SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES ARE FREE BOOKINGS FOR MOVIES AND THEATRE PERFORMANCES OPEN FRIDAY 19 MARCH. Book library events by phoning 1300 135 668, in person at any library branch or online at kingston.vic.gov.au/library. Children under 10 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Take home crafts are available to collect from Thursday 1 April.

TAKE-HOME Collect a craft kit from the library to Take home crafts are available to collect from Thursday 1 April.
Solar System kit Make your own solar system. You will need paint or coloured markers to decorate your solar system at home. Ages 5+
Alien Craft kit Make your own friendly alien to hang up in your room. One alien per kit. You will need PVA glue to complete this activity at home. Ages 3+

Magnetic Car kit Construct your car and watch as the different magnetic poles repel or attract each other to move your vehicle without touching it. You will need scissors to complete this activity at home. Ages 8+
Tornado kit Simulate your very own tornado with two bottles. Watch as the water rotates downwards and becomes a vortex. You will need water and food dye (optional) to complete this activity at home. Ages 3+

T-REX TEA PARTY Clarinda Library Wednesday 7 April 2 - 3pm Join us for a T-Rific T-Rex tea party. Dance with the diplodocus. Sing with the stegosaurus. Sharpen your teeth, practice your roar, let’s all pretend to be dinosaurs. Suitable for ages 3-10.

WE’RE GOING TO THE ZOO Patterson Lakes Library Wednesday 14 April 2:30 - 3:30pm Welcome to our amazing zoo. We’ll meet a big tiger and a cute orangutan too. Slither with the snakes, bounce with the kangaroos. You might see a snappy crocodile or two. Step this way everyone please, but watch out for the cheeky monkeys. Suitable for ages 3-10.
