Jamie Keithline grew up in a house that had play scripts in the bookcases and stage lights in the basement. He began acting when he was around five, played in pit orchestras in his teens, taught himself to juggle, and began performing as a mime and clown in high school. While pursuing his BFA in acting from the University of Connecticut he fell in with the wrong cr owd and spent the next 40 years as a touring puppeteer with his partner Bonny Hall. Since moving to Clementsport in 2022 he is enjoying a return to his acting and physical theater roots. He has previously appeared at Kings Theatre in the 2024 Kings Shorts, Dick Whittington and he recently directed “The Great After” for the 2025 King’s Shorts.

William McCormick, amateur actor and two-time director from Bear River, Nova Scotia. He started on stage in Digby, with the Digby Area Theatre Society, in a play directed by Hal Theriault. From there he took on roles in Lights in the Forest, as Emile Jean Stehlin, helping to tell the story of The Electric City. Years later joining them again as Boss Blinn, helping to tell even more of the Stehlin story. He has been an actor in the Kings Shorts five times, and twice directed a short. More recently with DATS William has portrayed Santa in Dear Santa, which was written by Norm Foster. He is also a member of the MG Players, and is best known for being the “Godfather”. He is not sure how many total productions he has been a part of, but it has been many over the last twenty years! You can see him this year in Art, and later in the year in The Godfathers Christmas.

Jamie Alcorn - Sound Technician - For more than 40 years, Jamie has been working as an audio engineer, musician, and carpenter. Since 2020, he has brought his many skills to his work as King's Theatre Sound Technician. He is particularly proud of leading the recent sound upgrades at the theatre, and can often be found gazing fondly at the acoustic panels he built.

Shaunessy Barteaux – Social Media Manager – This is Shaunnie’s first foray into theatre production but she is a self-taught whiz on social media. Using her skills as a communicator and working with her mother on the show, she’s managing to keep our visibility very high on “the socials”.
Scott Campbell – Producer - This is Scott’s fourth show with Scrappy Lady Productions. As a founding member of SLP he’s produced Shirley Valentine (2022), Dracula (2023), Bakersfield Mist (2024) and this year is thrilled to be working on Art alongside of some SLP veterans and some new faces as well.
Devin Fraser – Technical Manager – Devin has worked on every Scrappy Lady Productions show since its beginning in 2022. His expertise is invaluable in utilizing the fantastic lighting effects that are available here at Kings Theatre. His lighting design for Art helps to convey the different locations and moods as we move through the play.
Nadine McCormick – Marketing and Publicity – Nadine’s knowledge and familiarity with our local community and her skills in marketing are instrumental in the promotion of a community theatre production. She’s thrilled to be working alongside daughter Shaunes sy for Art.
AC Silver – Artistic Director and Set Designer – This is AC’s first time directing a show for Scrappy Lady Productions. They bring a vast repertoire of theatrical experience to the project and, together with the cast and crew, have created a vision of Art that is both entertaining and artistic.
Tracy Summerville – Stage Manager – Tracy has been involved in Theatre for many years. She trained at the Drama Studio in Ealing, England. Tracy has stage managed a number of shows at King’s Theatre and enjoys the backstage work tremendously. She wants to thank AC for this opportunity as well as Devin who always makes sure that there is a light in the booth for me.
Dawn Vroom – Set Construction, Props, Marketing Production – As one of the founding members of Scrappy Lady Productions Dawn has brought her artistic and organizational skills to each production since 2022. She is also the source of much of the marketing material we utilize to promote each of the shows.
Rick Vroom – Set Construction – Rick got started in theatre when he designed and built the set for SLP’s 2022 production of Shirley Valentine. Since then, and with the help of his very patient wife, he has created the sets for all the SLP shows, helped The Young Company with their production of Broadway Bound and is now proud to put together AC's set design of Art

For many years, you could not be involved in artistic endeavours in Annapolis Royal without getting to know Flora. Whether it was as the shadowy backstage hand carefully curating props for the Annapolis District Drama Group’s theatrical productions, the volunteer with the conversation-provoking smile hosting a gallery opening at ARTsPlace, or the force of nature running the Tournament of King’s fundraiser for King’s Theatre, Flora was both inescapable and indefatigable. The themes of ‘Art’ - friendship and the merits of art - are the two themes which were defining of her life, and it is oddly fitting that she should have started circulating this script so shortly before her untimely death in September 2024. No matter what your thoughts on the merit of Antrios’ work are, we are all poorer for having lost the ability to debate it with Flora. We know she is smiling down on us as we bring Art to the stage.
