Fused! combines local professional and amateur dancers performing contemporary, urban and traditional dance styles in a night of high octane, highly polished and fantastic dance routines. Featuring Flavio de Brito with Tango de Noches dancers, Giselle Academy School of Dance, 3 J’s, Most Wanted plus many more. This event is raising money for the Macmillan Cancer Support Portsmouth and the Kings Theatre restoration.
The Kings Theatre is once again taking part in this annual event, which allows people to visit historic properties throughout the country absolutely free. Find out about this Grade 2* listed building which has been described as “Portsmouth’s best kept secret”, and visit parts not normally open to the public. Guided tours begin at 11.00 Thursday and Sunday and 15.00 on Friday. Refreshments available. Booking is advised since each group is limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Treasure Island Jim Hawkins and his mother are happy running the Admiral Benbow Inn until the arrival of an old sea dog, Billy Bones. Jim and his mother barely escape death when a number of pirates descend on the inn in search of Billy’s papers which Jim snatched when they were forced to retreat. The packet contains a map showing the location of Pirate Flint’s buried treasure, which Jim and Doctor Livesey are determined to find. They fit out a ship and find an old seaman who helps them hire a crew and set off in pursuit of the treasure. Unfortunately the crew have other ideas.

Box Office Opening Times
Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm. The Box Office will remain open for 30 mins after performance start time. Sunday - The Box Office will open 90 mins before the performance, and remain open for 30 mins afterthe performance start time.
Booking information
Tickets can be reserved without payment for 3 days but not within 3 days of the performance. Ticket will be held for collection if booked and paid for within 5 days of the performance Boxes will usually be released for sale 1 week before the performance date, due to possible sight line restrictions or use as part of the performance. Always check your tickets for performance start time and to ensure you have the correct performance. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point in the performance. Please note it may not be possible to seat you in your allocated seating until the interval.
Concessions
Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for available concessions. Only one concession, per person, per transaction is applicable The Box Office may ask for proof of entitlement to concessions. Children of all ages must pay for admission. Children aged 3+ pay Full Price unless a child concession is stated ‘Babes in Arms” (2 & under) pay £1 for all suitable theatre promoted events. These tickets are for admission only and will not provide a seat. These are only available via the Box Office, not online Carer’s rates available on many events – Please ask at Box Office for details. Please note proof of carer must be show
Parental guidance
Most shows are suitable for children, pending parental guidance, but please check with the Box Office before booking for an Under 18 to ensure there is no age restriction. For events that permit the attendance of under 18s, Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16. Children between the ages of 13 and 16 may attend a performance
unaccompanied, but must make their presence known to member of the Front-of-House Team. Please note: No responsibility is accepted by The Kings Theatre Trust or any of its employees for unaccompanied children.

Fees*
All payments made using a debit/credit card by phone and online are subject to a 6% transaction fee. Capped at £10 for telephone payments • All transactions include an optional £1 restoration levy with the facility to opt out. • There are no addition transaction fees for counter payments
Group bookings
Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more on many shows. Reservations can be made by calling 023 9285 2208, in person at the Box Office or by email via groups@kings-southsea.com Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm Payment for group bookings can be made by methods listed above or by BACS** or Cheques** by arrangement. **Please note these payment methods are only available for group bookings All group booking payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee
Terms and Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged, subject to availability, if sold through our Box Office at a charge of £1.50 per transaction. Please note this must take place prior to the event. If exchanging to a new event this must be the earlier of the two dates Any exchanges resulting in additional payments are subject to usual administration fees*. Lost tickets can be replaced at a cost of £1.50 – Reprinted tickets will be held for collection only. All bookings are subject to administration fee’s. Please see Fee’s/Group Bookings sections of How to Book for details Only one concession, per person, per transaction is applicable. Concessions are not always available. Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for details. Special offers and discounts apply to full price tickets only. The theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission. The taking of photographs, the use of mobile phones and mobile devices and the makings of any recordings of any performance is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a ticket you consent to be photographed or filmed as part of a group.

Bars Our bars are open one hour before the performance. The Matcham Bar, at the rear of the stalls, has level access from the Albert Road entrance. We recommend that you order your interval drinks on arrival. Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed within the theatre. We regret that any alcohol purchased on the premises may not be taken outside the building. Glasses and glass bottles may not be taken into the auditorium at any time. We do however provide plastic tumblers for your convenience
Smoking The Kings Theatre is a no-smoking Building, this include the use of e-cigarettes; a smoking bin is provided outside the main entrance.
Accessibility The theatre opens one hour before the performance time. The Kings Theatre is committed to improving accessibility for all our patrons. Assistance Dogs are welcome, please inform Box Office in advance. Unfortunately the theatre cannot accommodate Mobility Scooters. If you wish to travel to the theatre in a mobility scooter, the vehicle cannot be left in the theatre during the show and therefore will have to remain outside the building
Transferring from a wheelchair. If patrons ,wish to transfer from a wheelchair into a seat, this can be accommodated as long as, in the unlikely event of an emergency the person can exit the building without the use of the wheelchair. There are two public disabled parking bays situated just along from the Albert Road entrance.
We provide: • Wheelchair and level access to the Stalls via the Albert Rd entrance • Wheelchair spaces located in the Stalls (spaces cannot accommodate Mobility Scooters) • Infa-red hearing amplification systems are available on request for Stalls and Dress Circle • Disabled toilet facilities • Carer’s rates available on many events – please ask at Box Office for details.
