Uniquely James Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s My fondest memories from my time at King's are of performing a saxophone concerto in Ely Cathedral accompanied by a professional orchestra, and playing with the professional live pit crew for the school musical 'Guys and Dolls'. Experiences like these are incredibly special, and for me, they are what make King’s such a unique place. More than anything, though, I will miss the people and the atmosphere - particularly in the Sixth Form.

Uniquely Matthew Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s As I look back, the common thread through my time at King's has always been the support of the teachers. So much of what they do goes unnoticed: marking work late into the night, answering exam questions over the holidays, always going above and beyond. They have truly done everything I could ask of them.

Uniquely Ceci Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s Hill House became far more than just the place I lived - it became home. The house parents, duty tutors and staff created a comfortable and trusting environment where we felt genuinely seen, heard and understood. If you were to ask any of them a question about us, however vague, they would answer in a heartbeat. What I will miss most are the people and the small traditions: having tea in the Monastic Barn, singing at every roll call and the friendly competitiveness of house events. Those moments created friendships and memories I will carry with me for a long time.

Uniquely Sean Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s The Sports Department is what sets King’s apart - you can do virtually any sport you enjoy. When our basketball team struggled in my first year, we asked Mr Meddle if we could get additional coaching support. The following year, he hired our legendary coach, Ms Markham, who took our team to a whole new level!

Uniquely Robert Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s My academic teachers have been outstanding. Their ability to explain difficult concepts, far beyond what’s asked for in the syllabus, has allowed me to understand the content in a deeper way, to genuinely push myself academically and to extend my super curricular learning to the fullest. Their endless support and belief in me all helped me attain my exceptional grades in A level Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics, and STEP papers.

I always felt appreciated by them, and I enjoyed showing my appreciation in return, whether that was bringing in small gifts or baking a cake for their birthdays. I will miss those little interactions and the people who made my time at King’s so memorable.

Uniquely Mia Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s Finishing my final cricket season as Captain on the Sri Lanka tour was a highlight, giving me the opportunity to develop my cricket in a completely different environment, experience Sri Lankan culture, and see a different way of life - so much more meaningful than simply a cricket trip. Cricket has been one of the most important parts of my time at King’s, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, friendships and memories I will carry with me long after my time at King’s has come to an end.

Uniquely Steph Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s The small class sizes in Sixth Form meant there was a greater focus on each of us as individuals, and our preferred learning styles were catered for. Uniquely Will Uniqu e2 l y2 King’s I think that the thing I will miss most about King’s is laughs with friends and teachers.
