If you would like to use the Recreation Centre, we would require full contact details and date of birth.
You must pre-book your activity before arriving at the Centre. Use your contactless staff card to swipe through the turnstiles to register your attendance.
Family members are entitled to a 20% discount off standard adult rates.
Visit the Cycle Studio for free and attend a virtual studio cycling session.
Come along as a group or use the room individually, please contact Reception for availability.
Staff receive discounted rates on Personal Training Sessions.
Children of staff can attend courses at the Centre at members rate.

Friday from 19:00 - 20:30
Sundays from 13:00 - 16:00
These sessions are open to all employess and 2 guests free of charge. Any additional guests will be charged non-members rate.
Gym Inductions are advised and must be booked at Reception.
