Winter Wellbeing Tips

Winter shifts can be challenging, especially in darker, colder months. A few small things can really help.

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

Lower energy in winter is normal. Be kind to yourself. A quick chat with a colleague can make a difference. If you’re struggling, speak to your manager. Support is always available.

DARK AFTERNOONS & EVENINGS

Try to keep moving. Build in a small post shift treat to lift your mood. Before heading home, take a moment to recognise one thing that went well during your shift.
