The new Support Staff Charity of the Year will be...
Their purpose is to support women and children affected by domestic abuse in Canterbury and East Kent. They work directly with those affected by domestic abuse through workshops, youth programmes as well as working with teachers in and out of school to support their students. Their underlying principle is to work alongside survivors in their recovery from the trauma they have experienced, listen to their needs and help them to draw on their own strengths to build safe and independent futures.

Each of you has played a vital role in making this year a success, and I am truly proud of everything we have achieved together. Your commitment to excellence, teamwork, and resilience is inspiring. We've faced challenges head-on and have consistently gone above and beyond to help our community of Centre users.
This year, we’ve not only reached new milestones but have also set a strong foundation for the new year ahead. It’s because of your dedication and effort that we are able to celebrate these accomplishments.
As we reflect on the past year, I want you to know that your individual contributions have not gone unnoticed. I deeply appreciate everything you all do, and I’m excited for what we will achieve in the coming year.
