Lee Herd

Lee Herd is KSC’s Recruitment and Staff Development Coordinator, and a member of our Business Support Team. You will meet with Lee as part of our New Start Journey Pathway during and beyond your probation period.

Part of Lee’s role is to make sure the steps are all in place for the delivery of your induction, training, professional development and future career progression.

Morgan Anderson is KSC’s dedicated HR Officer. Morgan works closely with Norah and the management team to drive forward projects to enhance, improve and evaluate KSC as an employer. Morgan also uses her HR expertise to provide all KSC line managers support and advice.

Positive Behaviour Support Team (PBS)

The PBS team consists of Gillian Bruce - PBS Coordinator, Jackie Mooney - Learning and PBS Adviser and Claire Reilly - Learning and PBS Development Worker. The PBS team works with people to understand how they wish to live their lives and their desired outcomes.
